Great hotel, everything was perfect. Rooftop bar has good views of Portland area. Front desk personnel nice & efficient. Everything about the hotel was tip-top. Parking in adjacent parking garage at reduced rates by use of key card to hotel room. Restaurant within hotel very nice. A Starbucks just down the street, also CVS.

Very nice hotel, but check in is at 3 pm and when I arrived at 6 I was told my room was not ready and that they were running behind with housekeeping and would call me when it was available. I went to the bar for dinner and came back down at 7:30 and funny enough it was now ready... More

Very nice hotel in Portland. The building itself is old (1927), but the interior of the hotel is definitely current. Service is excellent. They offer a shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel which is free of charge (nice perk). Overall, top notch hotel experience.

This place could be great but the service is just terrible. From the 10 year old pretend manager to the staff in the bar in the roof who took pride in having the wrong name badges (James/Daniel) whilst no one cleaned up the filthy glasses that surrounded them. This place is an embarrassment to the Starwood/westin brand. Don't go here... More

We were in Portland to celebrate my birthday and to see the Okeefe --Zorach exhibit at the Portland Art Museum. I like staying in historic hotels though it can be risky sometimes with bedding and bathroom updates. I love that the city would not let Westin change the rooftop neon sign from the old Easton name. As platinum SPG members... More

This hotel is in a pretty good location though a bit on the edge of downtown - granted Portland's downtown is pretty small. The rooms, being in an older renovated structure are not as big as most modern hotel rooms but were still nicely decorated. The very small window afforded us a view of downtown and the bay. The refrigerator... More

We only had two nights here and it was a good base for exploring Portland. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and efficient. There is a shuttle bus that will take and pick up from anywhere within three miles of the hotel, which is a really nice touch. We ate in the hotel... More

We did not have reservations for a weekend stay and we were able to secure a room. I was a bit surprised at the cost of the room per night. It was $400+ but came down to $380 with AAA. Not that I mind spending a lot of money for a hotel but I am not sure it was worth... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Portland. The appearance is classic Westin with clean modern design. The front desk staff were pleasant and the doormen helpful. Our room was near away from the main elevators and faced the back of the hotel. We had two queen beds in an oversized room. The bathroom had a spa shower head. We... More

We went to check in at 5pm (check in is 3pm). We had requested two adjoining rooms as we were traveling with our teenage son who needs supervision. Neither room was ready. We walked around town for over an hour and when we returned to the hotel at 6:20 the room was still not ready. Or it was ready. The... More
