Looks like a modern nice hotel, but had to change keys twice AND be let in by management to room one night, and you can hear everything through the walls, ceiling and floors. No peace! Nice on the surface but not worth the money unless it's crazy cheap. Would prefer the Regency every time.

I truly regret that you did not enjoy your stay. We are always willing to make room changes to a better room or a different floor if that would make a guest stay more enjoyable. We hope to get a chance to make it up to you on your next visit to Portland.

The best overall treatment we've gotten at a hotel. They have fantastic staff. Special shout out to Reggie (concierge) and Doug (or Matt? Young man with a beard in the restaurant) who truly went above and beyond. They were particularly attentive and kind to my elderly mother.

Great location for easy exploring in Old Port. Clean room and bathroom. Decor felt dated. Very slow service in the bar at night, which was repeated by very slow service at breakfast in the AM. Friendly, convenient valet for car parking, but with an extra charge. The location made this a good stay. Everything else was very, very average.

our 2nd stay here at this lovely hotel; service excellent, friendly staff; clean and walking distance to all that the City has to offer. The room was quiet, no traffic noise. Bar and small restaurant area in the Hotel very handy.

I was in town for work and brought my wife and infant along. She loved the hotel, we stayed in the jacuzzi suites and were really comfortable. She was able to enjoy the Old Port during the day and have a great landing spot at the hotel for some old friends to visit. Don't miss breakfast either, duck benedict was...

The hotel was in a great location, close to tons of shops and restaurants. Parking was convenient and with valet for $20 per night, we could take the car in and out as much as we wanted. Our room was nice with a large living room area, king bed and large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower, although there...

Location: At one end of the key tourist strip, so convenient to walk to shops / food. Opposite to a popular restaurant / bar so can hear the street noise on weekends Room: Was located on 3rd floor . Room is a decent size. Bed and pillow was fine but on softer side for me. The shower had good hot...

The Portland Harbor Hotel did not disappoint! We made use of the valet upon arrival - it's $20/night as a guest, which is a little pricey but worth the convenience. I think we secured the last open room, which was a deluxe king city view room. It's a cozy room with an ocean view over some buildings. I was nervous...
