This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, and the 3rd time was the charm, as we were in a 4th floor room overlooking Casco Bay. The service was very friendly and we appreciated the early check-in. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable - with a large television and good wifi. We also enjoyed the pool and hot...

Portland is plagued by bad hotels. We love this VERY clean, homey and friendly place. Comfortable room, excellent bed and bedding, parking is great.. breakfast is nice. Staff is helpful.. location is good and walkable to most spots.

We stayed here and went to a concert at the Cross Arena. The staff was super friendly and provided great advice on getting to the concert. The two bedroom suite was perfect for 5 guests. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very clean and has huge rooms. There was a nice breakfast and parking was nearby. Parking was not included in the price of the hotel. The view was beautiful and it was easy to get to restaurants and the Eastern Promenade. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Portland!

Very clean and large rooms. We had a king size bed, couch, desk, and a dining table. The room also included a kitchenette which would come in handy if we stayed longer than the weekend. The room did not seem crowded and the views of the harbor were lovely. Here you are just around the corner from Shipyard brewery and...

Portland has undergone a renaissance in both lodging and cuisine and this is a shining example....two room suites with full kitchen, indoor pool, fitness, lounge. Pet friendly near all the new middle story foodie hipster joints and Tomasso old school dive. Twenty minute walk to cross ctr, formerly known as Cumberland county civic center. Under two hundred worth every cent. Also has parking garage...

Overall, a nice place to stay. The room has a very large kitchenette, a small sitting area and bedroom. Parking is next door, requiring a short walk, and somewhat confusing to navigate the first time. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous.

The Residence Inn has spacious and clean accommodations with a kitchenette and dining area. The bed was very comfortable (slept like a log). It is a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and the shore. The only negatives: windows overlooked other rooms at close proximity, forcing us to close the drapes upon check in, and a fishy smell that left...

Had a wonderful couple days in this hotel. Some of the rooms were under renovation but noise was kept to a minimum. Room was comfortable and clean the buffet breakfast was ample and fresh. Would stay again if in town.

Excellent rooms, very clean and spacious. Having a kitchenette was wonderful. We were upgraded to a water view, but I wouldn't reccomend it as it is mostly a view of construction going on in the parking lot across the street. A little farther from old port than I would have liked to be.
