This was just an average, unremarkable hotel, too far from the city centre to walk with no real facilities nearby. We were allocated a bland room on the third floor which was ok but nothing special and in our opinion, overpriced at $178 per night. There was the typical American continental breakfast, served as usual with polystyrene plates and plastic...

The room was perfect and we had no issues. The desk clerks were helpful and friendly. We were very pleased. The hotel had experienced flash flooding and damage to the first floor prior to our arrival, but we were never inconvenienced by this act of nature -- and appreciative of the lack of inconvenience.

We stayed one night while driving up to Maine for an appointment. Overall, I'd say the hotel was average and what we expected for the chain. The bed was comfortable, the room was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. However, for the price, I'd expect to be closer to downtown, or have nicer amenities.

Overall the hotel is nice but under repair for some flood damage so the 1st floor is out of bounds. Room was clean at check in, bed was comfortable and front desk staff was professional. Now the issues to explain the 2 star rating. The hotel is a 3 star basic join to start. The cleaning staff never cleaned our...

The hotel was very basic - cleanliness was ok. There has been recent flooding so downstairs they were re-decorating, but the hotel itself hasn't been updated for a long while. Breakfast is average, but free Wi-Fi. If you need a place to crash, it will do!

Overall, I have no complaints except for the rudeness of the staff. I was honestly shocked at how rude a grey-haired older woman on the staff was to me regarding their broken elevator, considering I am paying money to stay at this hotel. If I'm paying over $100 dollars a night, I would like to be spoken to like I'm...

As some have said the hotel has suffered flood damage but don't let this put you off staying. Great bedrooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, ample parking. Our room was also quiet. Air con would be noisy if needed.

This hotel has been blasted by some for having to endure flood damage. They were still repairing the first floor tooms but the upstair rooms were spacious and clean for an older hotel apparently having just received some remodeling. Located close to the West Promanade and not far from Old Town. Prices were right and the free breakfast was typical....

The hotel is nice. There's a good continental breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a pretty good mess on the first floor as they are reminding. But, it didn't interfere with our stay and it will be nice when it's done. Great location.
