This historic hotel is excellent for its simple amenities. Located in the hill section of eastern Maine, it overlooks its own golf course. And, of course, you can visit the original spring which to this day provides fresh waters sold under the Poland Spring brand.

Dear acodymass, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I am glad you enjoyed your stay here at Poland Spring, and enjoy the original spring! If you enjoy history and haven't already- you must check out the Maine State Building next time you're here in season May-October. It was built for the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago and has been in Poland Spring since 1895! Hope to see you again soon! Sincerely, Laura Poland Spring Resort 207-998-4351

We booked rooms for 40 plus adults and 11 children for our daughters wedding in Point Sebago. All our accommodations were perfect. Some of us stayed in the inn, some in the lodge and some in cottages. We could not have been happier. Our breakfasts were great, the children

Fortunately, we were only there for one night enroute back to Boston. There are several buildings, bocce court, tennis courts, pools, etc. & our room was not great. There was no bureau, no place to put things in the bathroom. Stupidly, we went to the buffet, which was spaghetti

HI Ashlee, We have 3 hotels on the property, I would suggest the Maine Inn for you and your mother. That building is the hub of activity where the meals are served, nightly entertainment, a large sitting lobby and beautiful porch on the front. The Maine Inn is also closest to the pool. We do not have elevators so be sure to ask for a room on the first floor. Laura
