We stopped in Old Orchard Beach on our way through the East Coast and it was a good choice. The Inn is a beautiful old building with a lot of character. It's a classic Inn full of great historical pieces and antiques. The Inn is very well-maintained and centrally located within walking distance of the main thoroughfare and beach. The...

My husband I stayed 2 nights in room 11, on a Friday and Saturday. We felt very safe, comfortable and well taken care of. The accommodations were spacious and clean and the Staff very friendly and attentive. We liked the view of street and the old town hall and appreciated how closeby the area of interest were. We were able...

This is a very nice bed and breakfast and rather fun to have stayed in the 1730 section of the inn. Delicious sweets are offered in the afternoon, and the breakfast was very good. The inn is close to the main street, although mostly there is no water view. If you're in the area, stay there instead of the motels....

We stayed here for one night (9/20). It was nice. It's about four blocks to the beach. The continental breakfast was good. A few more options would have been better. We sat on the porch and ate, which was very nice.

Some nice touches at this inn, but on the whole hard to give more than a rating of three - for check-in and breakfast; limited in choice. The dining room is small and cosy - would suggest low background music as it felt as though no-one wanted to talk as everyone's conversation could be heard. Room - quiet and clean.

The Good: Fair pricing for 2 nights stay in Old Orchard Beach. Room was clean, and had a private bathroom with tub, which was nice. We could see the ocean from our window, which was definitely a plus! Walking distance to the main street/pier. The Not So Good: Breakfast was lackluster at best. Could hear other guests on the front...

My husband & I stayed for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly. The inn is located right off the main street so you can easily walk everywhere. We enjoyed time on the porch in the evening just relaxing & watching people & traffic. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, local jams, oatmeal, cereals, etc. The inn has so much...

Location is nice, a few blocks from the pier and amusement park. The room was nice and clean. The bed was pretty firm though and could hear any activity in halls. Luckily guests were all quiet. there is a nice porch to sit on.

Have never been to Old Orchard so thought it may be fun to check it out. Read the reviews and selected this inn. The building is lovely. The girl at the front desk was very nice. The room which is Premium is dated, too close to the road so very noisy. When water runs upstairs you feel like it's coming...

I'm really glad we decided to stay here. It's a nice change of pace from the craziness of OOB. The room was immaculate and and the staff were great. My favourite thing was the huge porch where we had our breakfast. This would be my first choice if we ever go back to OOB.

“Ask to see a few of the rooms before you move in. There are a lot of rooms and they are all vastly different. Some quite small and others really large. The building is built like in the 1700s so you are going to hear the traffic outside if you face the street which we did; but the cars don't go fast so its not loud at all... also, you do hear people in the halls and in other rooms because this is a very old building. But most bed and breakfast goers are aware of this and it seems like everyone knows to keep it down.”
