Stayed for 3 nights during the fall. We had a great time with a large group in both camper sites and cabins. Campground was clean and there was a ton of activities for the kids. Easy to walk or bike to beach. Word of caution - they may change your site without asking. We had

That is a wrap up for the Summer. Thank you Wild Acres RV Resort, our third campground in Old Orchard Beach and so far the best one, the aerial adventure park in the forest, zip line course, and the mile walk to the beach was just perfect! The amenities and pools (4 pools and a

This park is heavily wooded and has a feel of being a getaway, while still being close to the beach and town. The roads are narrow, but well maintained. There are some tight turns, depending on where your site is located, but that is not unusual and was not as bad as some

We rented a tiny house and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had 2 kids, 3 adults including a grandparent. The place was fine and easily slept 5 (could have slept 6). They do offer pillows, but you need to bring everything else. Including soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper, towels,

I will say where we stayed was close to other rvs. Its a beautiful park. I would call the park and speak to them directly should you want more private site. We had a pull thru and could get around with no problem, called the park directly and they were very helpful and so very polite. Our rv is same lenght as yours

How long is the walk to the beach ? Thanks !
Depends on where you are in the campground. It is a big camp ground. For the start of the camp ground about 1/4 mile to the beach but about a mile from the board walk. We tried to get on the trolley at the trolley stop but the trolley was packed befor it even hit our campground next time I would stay at baileys it is farther from the beach but they have a dedicated trolley that runs ever 15 minutes
