My wife and I spent 2 nights here on a last minute birthday(hers) trip. The location was pretty nice........a short walk to the beach and also to the quaint downtown area. However, it is very pricey and wasn't quite worth the $$ that we paid. You average motel type room..........had 2 queen beds(uncomfortable)....the pillows too. and a loft that wasn't...

We returned to Ogunquit and Terrace by the Sea after nearly 10 years, we found Terrace by the Sea as comfortable and friendly as it has been in the past. The room accommodations in the Deluxe Motel were clean, comfortable and spacious for the two of us. The room had two large queen beds and a pull out sofa with...

Our 4th trip to Ogunquit from Ireland and another wonderful vacation. Our first time at Terrace by the Sea - the location is fantastic with its views of the sea; the breakfasts are wonderful; rooms big and well maintained; and the best ice cream in Maine 60 seconds away! A wonderful stay.

We were heading to a reunion so were so pleased that this hotel let us make a reservation for only one night during their busy summer season. Loved that our room was in the original home.. very nice room. I do have a couple of things to mention, that when I turned the sheets back in one of the beds...

TBTS is one of my favorite places to stay while in Maine. The grounds are gorgeous, the proximity to downtown is so convenient, the views from the front lawn are amazing, breakfast to start you out in the morning, clean rooms, free wifi, free parking, and of course a very upbeat and friendly staff. Just perfect!

This is a prime location to downtown shopping and resaurants. The property sits on the ocean and river. If you want that view make sure you request it. I wound up on the back side with no ocean view unless outdoors. Staff is friendly and the property is immaculate. The rooms aren't fancy but very clean with air conditioning and...

Nice place to spend time on the beach. Rooms clean and silent. Easy parking the car and live the village by foot. Simply breakfast but in a beautiful location. A great terrace on the sea where you can read a book, admire the tides on take or just wait for the moon!!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family to have some beach vacation. We took a room without sea view but still enjoyed the great view from the breakfast table and from the garden. From here you see the tide and it's quite an event with the little bay in front going through a small metamorphosis. Staff also very...

Great place to stay at reasonable price. Adult family oriented which we like and walking distance to a wonderful beach and downtown shopping and great restaurants. The trolley takes you to the north to Wells and south to Perkin's Cove! The Marginal Way is a beautiful walk along the coastline! Facilities need some updating, grounds beautiful and heated pool.
