My daughter and I wanted to plan a special time away on the coast of Maine. There are many choices for sure, but we kept coming back to the amazing location we saw on-line in Perkins Cove, Ogunquit, Maine. Beyond its picturesque views, sounds of the water, lobster boats, sea life and other amazing sounds that you could hear from the patio and room area, was its proximity to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Auberge on the Cove made it easy to simply leave our car at the hotel, walk across on the "walking drawbridge" which you actually use the hand crank to lift the bridge when a boat coming in or going out signals you to. Pretty cool. Our accommodations where superior and the check-in staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The Wifi was spot on, the bathroom toiletries came in handy and the beds were more comfy than back home! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast each morning in their cafe area and set out on our days journey. It's nice because Ogunquit has much to offer, but can be really busy, so the location of the Auberge on the Cove couldn't be more perfect. 5 minute walk into town when you want to explore further. Thank you staff members and host for an amazing time. My daughter and I will definitely see you again next year! Mike and Sophie

Our Fall trip to Auberge on the Cove came with a huge storm during our week! Knocked out the power Wednesday night. We were prepared to get extra blankets and huddle down but a knock on the door around 4:00PM on Thursday from staff and we were told that CMP informed them that the power would not be back until the next day. We were given the option to stay at another hotel around the corner, no charge, which we jumped on! It was cold!!! This was more than we expected and much appreciated! Power came back the next day and we were able to move back in to our room. We enjoyed the rest of our stay! Today, I received my credit card bills from our vacation and discovered that we were given a credit for the room charge at Auberge! We couldn't have asked for anything more, this is Customer Service, more than we ever expected. Thank you so much to the staff and owners, we will be back again and again! Pictures are the beautiful Autumn decorations at the Auberge, and the other is from York beach the day after the storm,we've never seen such an angry ocean. It was humbling for sure!

We had a room that had been remodeled. Bigger closet, more storage, huge walk-in shower and more. Perfect location for us. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Ocean view and near the marginal way. Continental breakfast very good too. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and had been updated and the view was fantastic! There was a nice continental breakfast and the staff was very helpful and kind. We will be booking here again, without a doubt!

The room was great, clean, well furnished, convenient, quiet. The only complaint is that the room cost just under $200 for a one-night stay past Columbus Day. There is an info card in the room stating that the highest room rate (high summer) is over $400/night. It's just a lot of money. They served very tasty pastries (and other things, you know, healthy stuff) at the continental breakfast.
