Stayed here one night this past summer because a friend was visiting and we wanted to stay in town. Easy check-in, super friendly and helpful front desk clerk. Very reasonable rate ($149) for a room with two beds in peak season during August. Parking lot is tight, but we found a spot and since everything was walking distance we didn't...

We took a quick weekend trip to Ogunquit, as we were traveling with our dog choices were limited. Our usual spot was full so we checked with Studio East. They were so accommodating! We were surprised at how large and well equipped the room was-coffee maker, toaster, dishes. We weren't expecting a little kitchenette, it was great! We really appreciated...

Very accommodating staff. We made a few calls before arrival, once to confirm what the room had for amenities, once to see if we could check in early (we were since the room was not rented the previous night) and lastly to upgrade the room (also not a.problem). When we arrived, we were greeted with enthusiasm and a friendly smile....

Quite handy. Convenient. Clean. We like it there. Manager and personnel are nice, polite, courteous. We feel at home! We go at this place since 1991 and sometimes 3 or 4 times a year. Thank you! Once there, we do not need a car, we can go around by foot.

This is approximately our 10th year staying at Studio East after staying the first 4 years in a couple different B&B's. We've always stayed in the main building (where the office is located) and thoroughly enjoy this space. The other building is a standard motel room whereas this building typically has a bit larger space. We find this ideal if...

Great place to park the car and walk to everything. The shops, beach, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Comfortable, clean and accommodating. Beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom was newly done. Had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, sink and dishes to be able to somewhat cook or reheat your food. Phone service wasn't good in the room, but if you...

Stayed here for 2 nights during a tour of New England. On our arrival we were greeted by Michelle who was very friendly and helpful . The room was clean and nicely decorated in a blue and white coastal theme . The location is great , as you are in the middle of Ogunquit and in easy walkable reach of...

We reserved rooms 110-114 and had the end patio (and often the hot tub) to ourselves. Two of them (113, 114) are considered suites, which meant they had a little more space between the bed and table, table and dresser. Kitchenette is the same (tight), with most of the appliances hidden under the sink, or above the cabinets, but in...

After arriving in Portland Me, from Portland Or, we drove down to Ogunquit with plans to stay one night. (After seeing this adorable town and being treated like royalty by Michelle, we stayed 2 nights.) We had chosen not to make reservations before we arrived, with the plan of just choosing a place once we got there. Turns out there...
