We stayed for two nights during peak season (July 2021) and we are SO glad we chose this B&B. Our room, the #5 queen suite on the second floor, was quite comfortable and clean...we loved the firm bed. The room and inn was very quiet. The breakfast options were varied and worked well for us, plus the fresh baked pastry each morning was delicious. The inn keepers are very nice and seem to have thought of the little things, like the offering of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas...and even ice for our water bottles (we did some biking from the inn to Nubble Light in York and back). The location was great - a bit off the beaten path, so you get peaceful nights and days, but only a few minutes walk to Perkins Cove, the main downtown or the playhouse. We highly recommend B3!

During the 3 nights and 4 days that we spent at the B & B, everything was perfect. We stayed in a reasonably priced, very clean, well maintained suite with a very comfortable queen size bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning units with glass enclosed shower and refrigerator. We took advantage of having breakfast on our own porch with table and chairs protected by an umbrella. The B & B was centrally located and within short walking distance to Ogunquit Beach, the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, outstanding restaurants, and the Ogunquit Playhouse. Breakfasts were plentiful with special pastries and granola. Tina and Scott, the owners, are lovely people. We highly recommend the Bourne B & B and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. It was clean and spacious with beautiful grounds and public areas. Our bed was super comfortable and we really appreciated the room amenities (coffeemaker, fridge, ceiling fan) especially during COVID. Breakfast was fresh & delicious, and included fruit, yogurt, baked goods and hard boiled eggs. The inn is in a great location, providing easy access to the downtown area. A great value and enjoyable stay! We would definitely return and highly recommend.

This is a gem of a place and it was our favourite place to stay on our tour of New England. We really appreciated the pre-arrival communication including an email just before midday on our arrival day to say the room was ready for us. This is a charming place with very hospitable and friendly owners who clearly love the place and do their best to make sure their guest have a great stay. I can only echo previous comments regarding
the cleanliness of our room and the place in general,
the tasty home cooked breakfast and cakes, including an apple cake which Tina was kind enough to give me the recipe for,
the super location, being an easy walk to everywhere in Ogunquit
All were much appreciated and we would not hesitate to return.

We visited lovely Ogunquit, Maine in late July and stayed at the B3 Bourne Bed & Breakfast for a few days. The location is ideal as it close to Shore Road and access with a short walk to Perkin's Cove, Marginal Way and downtown. The hosts, Tina and Scott are very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome in their B&B. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our fresh and delicious continental breakfast prepared by Tina each morning. She bakes something tasty every morning - you wake up to the smell of warm baked coffee cake! Breakfast is served to order between 8AM and 10AM and if you're not a morning person and want to avoid other guests, there are plenty of spots in the inn to eat in privacy. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful room/suite on the first floor. Nice little porch off the bedroom. It was quiet and peaceful but located in the village where you could walk to everything including the Ogunquit Playhouse.
Our hosts Tina and Scott were very accommodating. The breakfast was continental and very fresh. Coffee and tea was available 24/7 and Tina made fresh pastries you could have all day. You could eat breakfast on the front porch on in the dining area. We would recommend this inn for any couple looking for a quiet getaway in Ogunquit yet within walking distance to all restaurants and shops.

location is perfect walking distance to town 1/2 mile left and to harbor 1/2 mile right and to ocean cliff walk 1/2 directly down .... pastries are home cooked and finger licking good, but will definitely kill your diet because you can't stop. home made granolas bars were the best i ever had. Patti is a wonderful host and breakfast on the front porch was enjoyable. this is a small intimate BnB that is reasonably priced and away from the hustle bustle of the town. you can walk to almost any restaurant.

snacks are left out 24/7

Beautiful and quiet inn. We had a bright, clean and airy room. The B&B is in a great location, within a walk to town but not so close as to make it feel busy from all of the vacationers. Inn keepers Scott and Tina were very warm and welcoming and they really made our stay so nice. We would definitely recommend staying there.

A few weeks ago, I tried booking a room in a number of other B&Bs I’ve visited in years past but they were all booked. I couldn’t find a single room available in Ogunquit! I was shocked when I found one last room available at Bourne. Frankly, I hasn’t heard if it so wasn’t expecting much. Wow, was I in for a big surprise! Everything about this inn was 5/5 stars for me, but what really stood out was the cleanliness. Lots of these old inns feel dusty and musty, but that’s not the case here. Everything from the bathrooms to individual pieces of furniture were kept incredibly clean. It made my stay feel so pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast were excellent. We loved that there were several choices and appreciated that they didn’t seem to mind at all when we descended for breakfast just 5 minutes before breakfast ended. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully kept and maintained. This will definitely be where we’ll stay when we return and we’ll probably request room #7 again. The room is on the third floor so not great if you want to avoid stairs, but otherwise it’s a nice private and quiet room. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. It was the perfect 50th birthday celebration for me!

This was my second stay about B3 - I can truly say the new owners have done an amazing job keeping Bourne homey, comfortable, and lovely. We adored Suite 2 - we had a tv room small, hall, bath, and bedroom and it was especially nice to have a private deck to enjoy (and off load sandy chairs at the end of a day on the beach). The price is right and the location perfect. We literally parked our car at noon on the first day and didn't move it for 5 days! We walked everywhere from the beach, to the Marginal Way, to Perkins Cove. Tina's breakfast was great each morning - including the massive sweets served fresh each morning. The house is quiet and comfortable in every way. This is our go to spot at Ogunquit.
