This was the 3rd time we stayed here, this time for a week. As always, everything was perfect. The location can't be beat, walking distance to downtown and beach, but far enough to be quiet. The rooms are immaculate and very spacious. I especially love the 2 sink areas with all the counter and storage space. Having a good size mini fridge helps because I brought my own milk (for morning coffee) and lots of water bottles. The complimentary coffee they serve in the lobby is very good, by the way. All the people working at the hotel are very friendly and make sure the hotel is kept spotless. I'm very picky about hotels due to bad allergies and never ever had an issue here. I will say, the online pictures of the room do not do it justice. They are much nicer in person. There is no doubt, this will always be my go to place to stay when visiting Ogunquit.…
2nd stay at the Juniper Hill Inn. Our King Premium room was super clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. For us, the hotel was walking distance to Ogunquit Beach, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, restaurants and shops. Friendly, welcoming staff. We will definitely stay here if we are back in the area again.
We stayed in room 127 in the back part of the main building. This room was close to the indoor pool/hot tub and the main lobby. But we heard minimal noise. The lobby is welcoming and the staff are always friendly. We checked in late on a Friday night and were greeted warmly. The lobby has coffee and a microwave. The room has a refrigerator and s modern bathroom. The bedding in our room was nicer than pictured on the website! The outdoor pools/hot tub are clean and well kept. Located in the front of the motel but far away from the main road. Speaking of main road, the area is walkable and close to many restaurants. The cute shops on Shore road are a short walk as well. In the summer there is a trolley you can pick up in front of the hotel with multiple stops throughout town. Ogunquit Beach is about a 10-15 pleasant walk behind the motel. We recommend!…
Went to Ogunquit for a short 3-night stat. Cannot recommend this hotel more ! Very friendly staff, very clean. Nice little pool outside. A 5-min walk to Ogunquit center, and 10-min walk to the beach. Will be back !
Juniper Hill was absolutely perfect for our family vacation (My husband and 2 small grandbabies). The staff was friendly and accomodating; the rooms were well appointed and spotless; the grounds were meticulously maintained; a half mile walk to to the beach, without having to cross any roads; and less than a half mile to restaurants, from fine to casual. They thought of every detail a guest could possibly want. Coffee brewing all day. The have a large facility off the outdoor pool area, with tables , chairs , highchairs, microwave, vending and ice so if you want to bring in your own food you can dine comfortably; indoor and outdoor pools and hottubs. Young and old, everyone around us was pleased with their time at Juniper Hill. We cannot wait to go back.
This was our second time staying at the hotel. The first time we stayed in a room in the main building, but we wanted to stay in the rooms with the outside entrances this time. Loved the room, loved being able to sit outside and enjoy our coffee . We stayed on the first floor, which was nice, next time I’ll ask for a room on the second floor for a better view. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping staff as well as front desk staff were all very nice. Easy walk to everything downtown, and the beach. Two outside pools were very refreshing , it was 90s while we were there . Loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the front lawn. We will definitely be back, and love our visits to Ogunquit.
We had never been to Ogunquit and chose Juniper Hill Inn based on guest reviews -- it was exactly what we were looking for! It's just a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and beach, and the hotel is so quaint. We will definitely stay again.
Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Staff very pleasant. Bathroom very nice and looks updated. The room looked freshly painted also. My friend and I went June 5 to 7th. Stayed 3 nights, We are planning to stay there next time we come up.
We recently stayed at the Juniper Hill Inn and I must say that the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are roomy and spotlessly clean. I have never seen a bathtub sparkle like the one in our room. There are two outdoor pools and a hot tub and the grounds are well maintained and pretty. You can walk to the beach or into town, which makes this Inn's location perfect. Everyone I spoke to or had contact with was very nice and accommodating. The front desk ladies were all so nice and went out of their way to make our stay great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Ogunquit.
we stayed on June 11, first time staying here, and just one nite, but I have to say our room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was very clean. The cleanliness of the bathroom is very important to me. The staff was very friendly, and helpful and didn't keep you waiting. I would definitely stay there again.
