Nice hotel close to everything. It was a stormy weekend so we really appreciated the covered parking under the hotel. The rooms have a separate bedroom and small living room with a small area in between with a sink, microwave and fridge, very convenient. I also appreciated having a balcony. They have a light breakfast downstairs which included boiled eggs,...

Once again, our annual stay at the Grand was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our suite was clean and comfortable. One nice touch when you book the fall special, a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, and pepperoni are set up in the room. Not many hotels will do that. They have a wonderful area with sofas and chairs...

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Hotel this past weekend, and it was our first time at this hotel. The building and grounds were immaculate and the location was perfect for a walk downtown or to Perkins Cove. We stayed in room 305 on the Penthouse floor, and it was large and very clean. The outdoor deck was...

My wife and I recently spent a weekend at the Grand Hotel. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and our stay only improved from there. We went to have a nice low key, relaxing weekend and that is exactly what we had. The hotel was very quiet (even though pretty close to being full) and guests kept to...

The hotel and staff were nice, but we should have known there would be an issue with our room when at the time of booking, the owner said 'it's on the 1st floor...' as a warning. The room had a very distinctive 'dog smell'. Not great for an allergy sufferer.

We highly recommend The Grand Hotel - having stayed here in the past, this week long stay did not disappoint!!! My husband and I came up from Florida to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday and spend time with family.....from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family and "very special guests". As an amputee, I made a request to...

Lovely hotel within walking distance to Marginal Way and downtown restaurants. It was nice to just park the car and walk most everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious 2-room suites, friendly staff and convenient underground parking. The package is a good value with a lovely dinner at a nearby restaurant included.

Just got back from a weekend get-a-way to Maine. Stayed at The Grand Hotel, and as always, it was a great experience. The rooms are very, very clean and spacious! Hotel staff is always smiling and can't do enough to help make your stay a pleasant one. Have been going there for 7 years and the Grand does not disappoint!

Excellent value for the price, a 4.5 but rated a 5 instead of 4 since it was really very good. What's Great: Our two-room suite had lovely working fireplace with Duraflame log, very easy and nice. They serve excellent (if you like strong) coffee which is rare in most American hotels. Under building parking is convenient. Friendly and helpful staff,...
