Great location, adjacent to beach. Room & private bath reasonably priced, simply but comfortably equipped. Owner and innkeeper, friendly and helpful. Tasty self-serve breakfast with a variety of tasty choices, including fresh fruit, yogurt, just baked egg dish. Would definitely recommend and return.

The Nautilus is a great getaway place especially off season. Spent a couple of days here with friends and we enjoyed our visit. We had room #5 which were two adjoining rooms. Both rooms had a small sink within the bedroom and one of the rooms had the shower and toilet. Don't forget this is a very old guesthouse and...

A good friend recommended us to the Nautilus. Our short stay was wonderful and relaxing. The view of the ocean couldn't have been any closer to the water. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The homemade delicious breakfast included homemade bread, crustless quiche, addicting breakfast cookies and more. The only complaint is we couldn't stay longer then a night. But...

I am so thankful we found this little gem close to Old Orchard Beach Maine. It is ocean front and clean and kid friendly. The Nautilus is close to everything. Our innkeepers made fabulous breakfasts each morning and were very kind to my daughter- great service. The bikes could use an upgrade is my only suggestion. Would definitely want to...

Even if I had liked nothing else about the Nautilus, the view from our room (#8) would have made the visit very worthwhile. From everywhere I sat (including the bathroom!!) and lay, all I could see was sky and ocean. The last time I had a view like this, I was in the Caribbean, paying more than twice as much...

We've been staying at the Nautilus for years. When we first started staying here Dick and Pat Kessler were the owners. We were very fortunate that the new owners took over the Inn and kept it up and running. It's a very unique place to stay since it faces the ocean. You can come an spend the whole day at...

My family of four (3y and 4m old) recently stayed at this B&B located mere seconds from the waters and sandy beach of the Atlantic. We had room #3, tower room with king bed. There was enough space for the window chairs, a playpen and an inflatable mattress for a toddler. Beware: there is no air conditioning, which was a...

Right on the beach, clean clean clean and breakfast is always amazing. Friendly people, great town. Stay every year and will continue to do so. 1 mile from the pier at Old Orchard. And don't miss the Ice Cream Shop! A great, quiet section of beach that is so relaxing and quaint.

This was our first experience at this B&B but not our first trip to Old Orchard Beach. The location is quiet and away from the partying on the pier, but parking could be a problem, as it's street parking, not a private parking lot for the guests. The ocean views are nice. The inn offered outside sitting, bicycles, and water...

Dear SeniorTravelME and and your partner, Zipride, Thank you for your two reviews. We strive to maintain the integrity of our beautiful, historic, ocean-front house, while making many updates, including a private bathroom in every room. As you wrote, Ocean Park is a much quieter, family-orientated part of Old Orchard Beach. With only one exception, all the businesses in OP...

Our stay at the B&B I have to rate as average. We stayed in the Tower room #9. The room was adequate, not really updated. The view from the room onto the Ocean was nice. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom was a converted small closet such as you would find on a cruise ship, walk in sideways....
