This is a ski resort, so it is a bit quiet in the summertime. The front desk staff is amazing. If you want to get away, this is a great place - very little cell coverage. The ski trails are challenging to hike. The bar/restaurant has great food and good service. The pool could use a paint job, the workout...

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, clean, neat. The heat pool for the winter is great, lots of fun! The rooms are big enough, some with cool view of the mountains, close to the slopes. Very much recommended.

My husband and I stayed a week here to celebrate our anniversary. We spent most of our time here at the resort and loved it. We enjoyed having a kitchen and brought food so we could prepare most of our meals. We lead a blast in the heated pool (even when it was cold outside, the pool and hot tub...

Stayed here with my family over New Years Eve 2014. First off, this is NOT a ski-in, ski-out hotel as advertised unless you are a very experienced skier. We had our 3 kids who are 7, 10 & 12. The youngest learned to ski last winter and is fearless. The other 2 have been skiing a handful of times and are...

My husband and I stayed at the Jordan Grant resort for our 2nd anniversary trip to New England. I’m a timeshare owner with Wyndham so I purchased the stay through our exchange company, RCI, who was having a sale. We stayed at the resort for 4 days and we enjoyed our time there. It was off season so there weren’t...

More isolated than the Summit Hotel which makes for long drives to access road and beyond for meals and provisions but a newer facility. The Jordan lift is less crowded that those near center of the resort and gets afternoon sun. Summit Hotel is closer to more varied terrain and is better for new skiers. Jordan has two outdoor hot...

We arrived at the Jordan Grand, and upon entering the lobby, we saw that the fireplace was not on. The front desk said it is being repaired. Then we saw a notice that the ski lift wasn't running because of wind. So later on we found that the steam room was also not working. The following night the restaurant, Sliders,...

The Jordan Grand is hard to locate and the signage coming into the Sunday River resort is inadequate. The road up to the hotel is 5 miles long and was poorly plowed after a overnight snowfall on the weekend we were there. It was very slippery driving conditions. The hotel facilities were very good for the price but the staff...
