We had a wonderful stay/ski experience and a overall great place. PAIN point was the "complementary breakfast" that showed inexperienced or lethargic staff. Firstly we had a 20 min wait all 3 days when we saw a lot of tables that were FREE, but was NOT cleaned at all by the waiters!! Did I mention there was just 1 guy...

We booked a 1 BR Suite a few days in advance of the long weekend. On the plus side, being slopeside to Jordan Bowl was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and conditions were great. Staff was all nice. We did have a couple disappointments regarding Jordan. The first was the room. There were several levels below this...

There is no ski resort on the east coast like Sunday River Maine with it's 8 peaks, 16 lifts, 2,000+ foot vertical drop with snow making and night skiing. We stayed at the Jordan Hotel in a suite that slept 6 with a King Size bed and full kitchen. We put on our ski boots, walked out the back door,...

This is a larger hotel with an open layout in the lobby and other common areas. It is comfortable with warm designs. There is an in-house restaurant which serves fine food, but not pretentious or over-priced. Great convenience with skiing out the back door down to the Jordan bowl lift which can take you to any peak in the resort....

Attended a niece's wedding, stayed 3 nights. Beautiful surroundings, lots of activities if you're outdoorsy (hiking, skiing, zip lining, golf, you name it) Happened to be in peak leaf season, gorgeous. Best was the friendliness of everyone we encountered during our stay. The only negative was it was hard to control the room temp, we would crack the windows, but...

My husband and I stayed here in late August/early September in a two bedroom connected suite. The room was very large with two fireplaces which was great and a large tub. The decor was a little dated and not as nice as many of the other resorts we have stayed in but it certainly served the purpose. One of the...

We'd been to Sunday River in the winter of course but decided to try it for a quiet, relaxing stay in the summer. We thoroughly relaxed and had a great staff on hand to assist us with anything we needed. Only negative might be the 4-5mile road to the hotel from town. A steep in places road, foggy when not...
