Located in the heart of the White Mountains and on Kezar Lake in Western Maine, we offer a tranquil paradise for our guests. The gorgeous, surrounding scenery serves as the ideal backdrop for every occasion-from a weekend getaway to a storybook wedding. If you want picturesque, lakefront views, outdoor recreation, or simply to kick back and relax, The Lodge at Pleasant Point should be your choice. National Geographic has called Kezar Lake “one of the three most beautiful lakes in the world.” The lodge and surrounding cottages were built in 1911 and are nestled in a small pine forest that sits along Kezar Lake. Recent renovations have updated the lodge so that it can offer all the pieces necessary for an enjoyable getaway or party. During your visit, sit by the fireplace and take in the spectacular sunsets, kick your feet up on our wraparound porch, and lounge in our gazebo. We offer a great variety of first-class sleeping units, accommodating almost any lodging need. Each of our refurbished rooms are individually decorated and offer private baths and gorgeous lakefront views. Guests of the lodge can serve and volley on our two tennis courts, while Golf enthusiasts can hit the links located just a mile away. For those looking to take advantage of Kezar Lake, there are canoes to use free of charge. However, if you prefer a faster and less strenuous ride, boat rentals are available at nearby Kezar Lake Marina. Fishing enthusiasts will be overjoyed with the catch in Kezar Lake, which is known for prize salmon, lake trout, and bass. To make the most of your time with us, the lodge has access to a registered Maine guide to assist with fishing and hunting. Winter is another great time to visit with plenty of ski resorts within a 30 mile radius, miles upon miles of snowmobile trails and plenty of cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Our dining room is available for weddings, functions and private dining. We invite you to share this paradise with us.

The Lodge at Pleasant Point has a beautiful sandy beach and clear warm lake water. The lodge itself is very nicely updated while keeping within the period and having a lodge/cottage-y feel. Our room was on the third floor facing the lake and mountains, providing a stunning view. The bedding was comfortable, clean and newly updated. The food was fantastic and good portion sizes. The hosts Scott and Beth were very accommodating, easy to talk to and super friendly.

What a great place to stay! The room was delightful and spacious. Very clean and updated! Beds were comfortable!
A great friendly family that owns this Lodge and they work hard to please. I asked to have a dessert brought to room to help celebrate my daughters 17th birthday and they went out of there way to accomodate. The food at the restaurant was exceptional! Kudos to the chef! The beach access was so great. We enjoyed sitting on the beach especially watching the sunrise and sunset. Our 2 day stay was so enjoyable. It feels so warming and inviting the moment you walk thru the door. Thank you for such a good experience. Highly recommend this place. We plan to return with more members of our family. Kezar Lake is so beautiful and this place has great views to enjoy it. I can't express enough how much we enjoyed the stay and the way the owners made us feel! Keep up the good work!

The Lodge at Pleasant Point is wonderful no matter what time of year you visit. Located on Kezar Lake they offer swimming, canoeing or just relaxing on a sandy beach area. There is a BBQ area available to guests, as well as their restaurant both offering waterviews of the lake and New Hampshire mountain range. The new owners have updated the place and have redone the dining area. It is warm and inviting. They are lovely people!! You can't go wrong staying here.

I just had my wedding at The Lodge at Pleasant Point and I cannot say Thank You enough to Beth, Brianna, Scott and entire staff. They were my personal wedding planners and helped with every detail from decorations to the wine list to my specific wishes for the rooming list. The food was wonderful and service was great. In additional they made sure my elderly parents were well looked after, which was instrumental in making it a perfect day for myself and now better half.

It seems like almost every guest had comments on the fabulous location, the comfortable and immaculate rooms and the more than helpful staff.

Again, THANK YOU!!! We are so lucky to have you in our community. :)

This property is lovely and a great location for a getaway. Loved the views, the main lodge and the covered wrap around porch.

We stayed in Hemlock cabin, which actually attached to the main lodge, but with its own entrance. We were attracted to this room due to the separate bunk room for our kids.

The downside was the main bedroom of the cabin - it was dark as there was no window in the bedroom. And no where to hang any clothing or even to place any of your belongings. What we thought was the closet door turned out to be a passageway to the staff area of the lodge. That was a little weird, especially since you could not lock that door. So, really anyone could just wander in. The staff start work early judging by the up and down of feet on the stairs directly above the bedroom. Good thing we are early risers.

We had a fabulous time. The end was just as pictured. Could not have asked for a more peaceful and beautiful setting outside. The room was comfortable and we had a beautiful Lakeside view. If I were to offer some suggestions for any improvements, it would be to offer bottled water and some things to do or places to go to eat. We struggled with trying to find restaurants that were open. It would also be nice to have fires in the evening in the fall as there was not much going on around town and staying in the room all evening gets a little tiring. One night we were going to ask about a fire, but cannot find anyone around in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again though as it was a great place and I’m sure during peak season it has everything you would imagine it to be.

Stunning lake front location with private beach on Kezar Lake, charming hosts, spacious and comfortable rooms with spectacular lake views, excellent food...what's not to like?! Lots of places at the lodge and beach to relax and read and soak up the beauty. I threw all my windows wide open to bring in the fresh Maine air and I slept fabulously!! And bring your good camera and zoom lens to photograph the loons! Only 90 minutes from Portland! I will be back!
