Tom and Kyle are such wonderful hosts that a few nights in this lovely B&B felt like staying with good friends, even on a first visit. Breakfasts were delicious, the rooms clean and comfortable. So nice to find such a warm welcome in small town Maine.
We were in the area for one night for a memorial service so didn't do anything touristy. Friendly owners and comfortable, clean B&B with delicious breakfast! Fun to stay in this well-kept older home - loved the wallpaper!
We recently spent two nights at this lovely B&B. Tom and Kyle are charming and welcoming hosts to their 19th century home. We had a comfortable room with our own 1/2 bath and air-conditioner. Comfortable bed and a large shared bathroom, with a great shower and fluffy towels. We had two excellent breakfasts, our favorite featuring whole-grain pancakes with fresh Maine blueberries and delicious bacon. Yum! Kyle and Tom also recommended a bean supper at the local Curran Homestead in Newfield, which was a great experience. Limerick is a tiny town with a nice lake and access to many other hiking and kayaking opportunities. We also attended the nearby Ossipee Music Festival in the neighboring town of Hiram. All in all a great weekend, we highly recommend this B&B.
This is a great, very reasonable place to spend a night. The rooms are clean (we stayed in 3 of them on the third floor). They have window AC, are very clean with in-room half baths, shower shared among 4 rooms, and comfortable beds. The area is quiet, the downstairs spaces are beautifully decorated with antiques and the owners are maintaining the property carefully. Breakfast was Blueberry French Toast, which was to-die-for delicious! In addition to fresh blueberries (picked locally by the owner), there was a delicious whipped cream cheese accent as well. I highly recommend staying here!
A road trip to pick up a puppy led us to this charming place. Tom and Kyle were so sweet and we found out where to buy the best Whoops and talked knitting. We spent some time in the parlour knitting and chatting in the evening in front of the gas fireplace; sublime on a cold April's night. Our room was perfect for three people and the shower had plenty of pressure. Breakfast included a lemon cake that was out of this world...I should have taken a piece for the long trip home, but didn't. The bacon was perfect and the fruit was fresh and flavorful.
