Stayed one night. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It's in a downtown area that seemed a tad bit seedy. The room was clean, the beds were ok. Rather hard mattress not my favorite but it worked. Free breakfast is a nice option.

Thank you for your question about bringing Max. Unfortunately, we only allow animals that are able to be walked outdoors to go the bathroom and do not allow litter boxes in our rooms. We hope you will still come and find other arrangements for Max. There are many local Kennels you could put him in. Sincerely, Allison Beane General Manager

The hotel is a few miles away, 3 minute car ride and we would recommend a local taxi service to get to and from Bates College due to busy roads in our downtown location. Uber is still newer in our area and mostly available in the evenings.
