Went for a birthday weekend with my sister. We had delicious meals a the hotel restaurant, great music both Friday and Saturday night at the Rack and the Widomaker and they offer drop in Yoga classes several times during the week. We used the outside hot tub and the steam rooms. The rooms were very comfortable.

Ticket customer service was rude and disrespectful while trying to resolve an issue. Manager refused to offer a discount despite having the appropriate identification. Mountain conditions were great, however, the negative customer experience was very disappointing. Will not be returning in th future.

Stayed here while motorcycling back from the east coast in July. No need for a reservation in summer (at least when I was there), huge room with two beds with a spectacular mountain view was $120. They let us park the motorcycles near the front under the awning - nice since it was a wet night. Room was clean, beds...

My family and i just returned from a 4 day vacation over the christmas break, and we are already scheduling our return for next year. The skiing was pretty good due to mild weather this season but the kids and I were able to find enough terrain to provide quality skiing. Unfortunately the mild weather prevented them from settingnup terrain...

Sugarloaf calls itself the Skiers Mountain and I agree. It's great. I love Whiteface, my home mountain, but wish it had more great fall line trails like Sugarloaf. We had booked a condo in Sugar Tree to be near our group and in the same building as the fitness center. But due to some internal problem the Sugarloaf Condo rental...

Our family of 5 together with a second family of 5 shared a 4 bedroom condo at West Wind. Was a great spot for young kids. Everyone found a place to ski at their skill level, from expert to beginner. The accomodations were not luxurious but clean and spacious. We loved the washer and dryer in our unit but found...

We have come to Sugarloaf several times over the years. We & our now teenaged daughters all love the place. Something for everyone--free ski lessons for 19yrs & over, good food and lots of activiites--turbo tubing, rock climbing, swimming, if you have the energy after skiing all day. Skiing in to condo is great--we usually stay in Snowbrook. Only have...

We've stayed at Sugarloaf/USA in the winter and summer. The resort's relative isolation from major cities is a god-send for those serious about getting close to a first-class mountain, run by locals who are genuinely down to earth. Conversely, it is probably not the best choice for those who crave a glitsy apres-ski experience. While predominantly known as a ski...
