The lobster pie here has won numerous culinary awards. We like to sit in the bar area which is quite informal and comfortable. We haven’t been in a few months but plan a visit quite soon. Kennebunk Village is a wonderfully preserved colonial era town with many structures of historical significance. It has a great ,small downtown with retails shops and some great bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. We love visiting the Kennebunk Inn as well as the rest of this charming, very walkable downtown.

The Inn is located steps away from everything. They have a nice parking lot and give you a parking pass as parking is challenging in this area. The Inn itself is very quaint. I do not recommend staying in the rooms in the main inn as they are very dated. Also, there are no elevators and you have to carry your luggage up stairs. Make sure you verify the “continental breakfast” as this was 1 croissant for 2 people in a bag left on our door. There was coffee and juice at the bar to serve yourself. The room we stayed in had a small old window unit for AC - evidently this is a “thing” in Maine. Even had I known all of this prior to booking, I would have stayed here anyway. The customer service was great, the location is perfect, the Inn is pretty, and you feel like you are staying with friends. It is similar to a bed and breakfast but minus the food!

Hello gnatgnatgnat! So happy you had a nice time with us while you were here. Sometimes, the cool Maine air shifts and we need the help from A/C and we prepare for that for sure! We love that you felt like you were staying with friends! That is exactly what we strive for! See you soon!

My husband and I participated in a small family gathering and we all stayed at the Kennebunkport Inn. The room was very clean with a modern maritime feeling. We enjoyed the fun early happy hour....the shreeded brussel sprouts are great.Lots of places to enjoy morning coffee and a chat. Service very welcoming. The location is great for exploring KPort on foot. (There is a handy on site parking lot for stowing the car.

Centrally located in this beautiful resort, the Inn has friendly staff, an excellent cuisine and well-appointed rooms. We were on a drive along the New England coast and stopped to spend a few days looking at the quintessential houses of this area in Kenenbunkport itself, nearby Marblehead and at the superb coastline, including the Bush family residence at Walker Point and Goose Bay. The Trolley Museum, complete with Blacpool tram, just outside town is also worth a visit, though most of the stock needs a lot of work

My husband and I chose to try this lovely Inn for the first time over this past Memorial Day weekend and found it to be absolutely lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bag with the danish or muffin or croissant that is left on the room door in the morning is a nice touch as well as the coffee/tea server in the room. Additional coffee, tea and juice in the bar in the morning was especially nice to have to take out to the porch to relax with. Every staff person we encountered was helpful, friendly, accommodating and gracious. From the front desk personnel, the server who took care of us at dinner in the hotel restaurant to the room service staff everyone was a pleasure to interact with. We LOVED the location of the Inn which was right in the heart of the activity of the town. Numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance was a real bonus. We cannot wait to go back!

Hello Marian S! Thank you so much for your review. Our staff, albeit mostly new, are doing an incredible job and it is so nice that you noticed! The Daily Pastry has been a hit with guests, now that we have full brunch daily, we are offering that as a replacement :) Hope to see you again!
