We absolutely loved our stay here - a real getaway. This is probably my favorite B&B of the many we have stayed in across the US. A beautiful house in a wonderful location. Erin and the team made us very welcome and really helped make our stay perfect. Thank you.

Awesome trip for a few days just before Labor Day. Our hosts were the best, great food, beautiful rooms ( we stayed in both the River and Cove, which had a nice tub and was much larger.) The location is a slice of heaven. A+.

My husband and I spent five absolutely fabulous days at the Inn. It was truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Harriet, Erin and the rest of the staff were so accomodating and the breakfasts were delicious. The scenery was breathtaking. We stayed one night in the River room with spectacular views of the river and... More

This family-run inn is beautifully situated on the Kennebunk river in a quiet area that is just minutes from the beautiful, bustling town of Kennebunkport. (The buffleheads are only there in the winter!) The family were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful! One morning, they served the most delicious quiche I've ever had--Maine crab and Swiss cheese! Breakfast... More

We have been enjoying Bufflehead Cove for many years. This year because of Erin the Innkeeper, his Aunt and Cousin (who work here part-time), and of course Harriet, the Inn was even better. No request is too much for them and they are determined to make each guest's stay wonderful. They are native to the area and thus are able... More

When we feel we want a change of pace, we head to Bufflehead Cove Inn. Staying even one night can be the best medicine. A place to feel welcome and swept away at the same time. It is like a comfort food fix. I hope you can relate to this. If not, try it and you can see and feel... More

My husband and I stayed at Bufflehead Cove Inn and enjoyed our stay. The innkeeper, Harriot was helpful and kind. The location of the Inn is one of its best assets, very private with a wonderful porch for breakfast overlooking the water, yet only minutes from downtown.

The Inn was very nice, picturesque setting with a myriad of flowers and gardens. We stayed in the Garden Room which was small, but plenty of room. There was a window unit AC which helped, but the temperatures were pleasant at night. Breakfast was excellent--fairly standard, but with a couple of nice twists. The key to the place are the... We enjoyed your visit. You did so many fun things... going fishing with Niels, eating at the White Barn, you know how to enjoy yourselves..... even on squeaky bikes! If you visit us again try the Hideaway for your room choice, it's large, luxurious and has a great water view. More
