I've been to Jackman only three times, and each time I have visited the Jackman Motel, staying overnight there twice (2013 and 2018 solo trips) and dropping in briefly in 2019 (with friends). The accommodation is basic - it's a motel - but comfortable, clean, warm (when necessary) - everything that I required. And the cost was less than half of what i have paid for no better accommodation and service elsewhere - truly affordable. Perhaps even more than the accommodation and the price, the service from the staff has been excellent. They are happy to go the extra mile to help, taking a genuine interest in their guests. Having stayed just one night in 2013, I was recognised on returning five years later, and again this year (2019). To me this demonstrates that guests are far more than numbers on the bottom line. On any future visit to Jackman, the Jackman Motel will be my first choice for accommodation - they have earned my repeat business.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nothing fancy but it is definitely the best motel for your buck that we have ever found. Restaurants within walking distance. Pleasantly surprised to find such a nice place for such a reasonable price

We stayed here on Mothers Day 2018 and did some fishing . The place is clean, comfortable and the owners treated us awesome . We caught our limit in Brook Trout and the hospitality was above and beyond anything I expected !

My mother and I happened upon this quaint motel when we were looking for a place to spend the night after driving across the Canadian border. The owners were very kind and hospitable, and we enjoyed talking to them. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for us. This area of Maine is beautiful, and we will definitely be returning to the Jackman Motel with the rest of our family!

This was our first time at the Jackman Motel. A wonderful man took our reservation, and it just got better from there. The beds were new, the room smelled fresh and clean. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette. It was Christmas day when we arrived and they accommodated us so we could get out on the snowmobile trail ASAP. It was quiet at night and a very nice room. For $67.00 a night you can't beat this Motel!!
