If we ever come back to the area well stay here again for sure. Campsite was spacious, campground relatively quiet. Every person there was great, and we used the lobster delivery service a couple times. Side trips to 5 islands is a must, as is walking out on the flats at low tide.

We camped there for a few days recently and it was TERRIBLE. The sites were not maintained at all, the bathhouses are disgusting. I understand that it's a campground but every campground I've ever been to, they've been better maintained. The year round residents had their circular saw going at 7am and their dogs were barking CONSTANTLY all day and... More

This is our third time coming to this campground, and it never fails to impress. The campsites have a lot of room. We stayed at the ocean view tent sites and you can see the water through the trees. The bathrooms are always kept stocked with toilet paper and in clean condition. The staff working at the campground are extremely... More

My husband, daughter & I camped here for only 1 night (unfortunately). We didn't make a reservation & called when we were about an hour away requesting a site w/water & electric for a 30 ft. RV for 2 nites but they didn't have anything available so we stayed at another campground near Freeport. Thank goodness we only booked the... More

Full hookup sites close together in the field looking at the bay and Seguin Lighthouse in the distance. They also have tent sites in the woods. The office area is ramshackle but the two bathhouses in the woods look nice. They offer lobster delivered to your site either cooked or uncooked. There are kayaks to rent but be aware that... More

Thanks for taking a moment to write a review. It is unfortunate that you did not get an opportunity to walk on the flats. They are hard packed sand and not mud as you suggest and considered by many a great way to massage your feet. More

My boyfriend and I, eager to try out oceanside camping, reserved a site at this lovely campground for 4 nights. I wish we had another 4! The campground itself isn't too big so was quiet and comfortable with easy access to showers/bathroom as well as enough distance between campsites to feel private. The tide goes out in this bay for... More

We spent three nights here on a whim and were very pleased. We had site 117, which is in the woods away from other sites but right next to the bath house! (Free hot showers - oh yes!) Extremely convenient, yet very quiet. Hermit thrushes sang in the trees above our heads every morning and evening! We walked down to... More

My daughter and I and our 2 dogs stayed for 2 nights in the small brown cottage. We enjoyed walking the dogs on the beach and the ocean views were lovely. Cottage was small but clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to visiting again!

I just spent 4 days here this is a very quiet relaxing campground right on the edge of a bay, during high tide you can kayak or during low tide you can go out on the mud flats and dig for clams. We will be making plans to return to this campground again. Thank you Pat and Eric for a... More

I found this place on the Internet and could not have been more pleased. Pat and Eric were very friendly and accommodating. We thought we would only spend a few nights and move on. Once we left to go to Bar Harbor, everyone was wanting to be back in Georgetown. It's a quiet place with lots of walking, hiking, and... More
