We had so many venues to look at until we saw The Old Saco Inn. We canceled the rest of our tours! The owners are so kind and their wedding coordinator(s) make things so relaxing and easy. Not only do they have a breathtaking venue but their food is beyond amazing. Could not be more happy with how our wedding day went.

Property's Favorite Review
Our daughter's wedding was this past weekend. It was truly amazing. Bruce, Jon, Kathy and Lisa were the best. They were with us the entire day. We had the entire venue to ourselves. It was great to sleep right there. The property is beautiful. The barn is breathtaking. Such a perfect spot for your wedding. The food, drinks and breakfast in the morning were great. We had been there 3 times to eat dinner. Everything was very tasty. Jon and Bruce are like family. They will see us again, I just know it.

This time we stayed in Izzy loft, clean, two large bedrooms, pullout couch, kitchen, full bath in the carriage house. Has it's own deck. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Breakfast was always a treat, Jon and Bruce make you feel like family.

We rented out the entire Inn for our daughter's wedding and couldn't be happier with the warm inviting atmosphere, impeccably clean, comfortable rooms and the wonderful staff. Bruce and John have made many improvements and were quite impressed with the inns upgraded appearance since we first booked the place 2 years ago when they first took over shortly before the beginning of Covid. You can tell they take pride in bringing the place back to life and putting their own mark on it. We also enjoyed the hearty breakfasts that were provided as part of our stay.

Our son and daughter-in-law had their wedding at this beautiful venue this past July. I cannot say enough about the wonderful owners Bruce and Jon. The wedding planner Kathy and Lisa were friendly and efficient along with housekeeping, wait staff and bartenders. The food was AMAZING! The short rib that we had at the rehearsal party was the best I have ever had. Our guests are still talking about the food at the reception. Appetizers, tenderloin and desserts were superb. By the time we left I felt like they were family. We look forward to visiting again for a possible family reunion there. The setting for the ceremony was gorgeous too. They had so many helpful suggestions. I would HIGHLY recommend Old Saco Inn to anyone!!

My husband and I had our wedding here, and it was an absolute blast! The property is beautiful, with many picturesque spots for photos. Bruce and Jon are two of the friendliest people you will ever meet, and they don’t hesitate to help you with anything you might need. The food is delicious, the beds and rooms are comfy, and it if you have a wedding here, it will feel like a fairytale!

The Old Saco Inn has so much charm, had a quick trip up with my mother. Breakfast was delicious. As we were leaving for the funeral, I got a flat tire. Bruce was kind enough to drive us 10 miles to the church so we would not be late. When I returned they were so helpful, AAA took forever and they called a local mechanic and were able to help get the tire fixed quickly. I cannot say enough about their kindness and the service. Would highly recommend this charming inn

My husband and I spent a recent weekend at the Inn, using it as a place to reconnect away from young kids and as a jumping off point for hiking in the White Mountains. The owners were so kind and helpful and the accommodations, while basic, were very comfortable. We look forward to visiting again soon.

This Inn harkens back to the old days of hospitality where you know the owners and life is slow and relaxed. Bruce and Jon make you feel like family and remember you every time you return. The food is delicious, the grounds are quintessential Maine with views of the brook that winds around the property and the mountains. This is my very favorite place to stay to relax and get away. When I leave I want to turn around and go back.
