I spent 5 months remodeling rooms at this property. The owners and staff at this property were very professional and attentive to my needs while th renovations were being done. I recommend staying here the views are beautiful and the staff is number one in my book.

We were put in what they called a suite. It had two full beds in it.we stayed one night and trust me I didn't even want to stay that one night. There was no hot water at all, the room smelles like sewer and the beds when we turned it down had dirt in the sheets. No volume on TV so you could watch it but not hear it. Horrible experience

I recently booked two rooms at this motel for myself, my daughter and grandkids. My room was a standard and the other a suite that was supposed to have a fold out sofa. My room smelled bad, had ripped carpets and water pipes that knocked and groaned when other rooms used the water (which happened late at night and at 6AM). The suite didn't have a couch and the woman at the front desk admitted it hadn't had a couch for years. Good news, the suite was discounted when I asked and it had plenty of hot water. My advice is spend a little extra money and stay someplace else.

Have always stayed here when we are working in the area. Andy and wife are really nice and we enjoy staying here. We have room 38 in the back where it is really quite. The place is kind of old, but the room inside are clean and the beds are ok.

This is a goo stop if you are on a tight budget. No frills here, just a basic room. Have stayed there many times over the years. It is conveniently located right on Rt. 2 about 4 miles from downtown Farmington. If you are looking for great food delivery call Arkay just down Rt.2. This hotel is fairly quiet. The staff is nice as is the price

WTF! I mean really! Wouldn’t stay here if I were paying. My company looks for the best value. For what you get the valuing is not worth it. Mold in the bathroom. Some kind of bugs around the drain in the tub. Outdated tv. Dirty air conditioner. Musty odor. Wore my sandals in the shower, room, and bathroom. I don’t even want to think about what’s in the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE! Only gave one star because no other option available. This place doesn’t get one third of a star!!

I was looking for a place to stay late at night and there was no vacancy anywhere. I stopped here and the reception was open 24h. We had a lovely service and we immediately felt welcome. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. on top of that there is a free continental breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.

Once again our stay with Andy at the Farmington Inn has been very pleasant one. Andy and family are really nice and are very helpful. Just like staying at this place when in the area working. I stay in room 38 in the back so it is really quite back there.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Farmington Motel and our hosts, Andy and Smiley, were as helpful and pleasant as ever. As we stayed for 3 weeks, we really appreciated the good size of the room. As before the beds were comfortable, the water nice and hot and the surrounding area peaceful. I enjoyed watching the evening sky over Mount Blue as the sun set. To visitors to Maine, I would recommend the Franklin County Fair which is held in Farmington in September. It is a real traditional fair with livestock, crafts, including hand made quilts. The narrow gauge cinema has several screens, is comfortable and a good way to spend the evening, Pins and Needles is the local quilting shop where I go for quilting lessons when in Farmington. A "must" shop for knitters, quilters and those interested in crafts. The local food shop Tranten's is where I shop. Good choice of all foods including fruit and veg. Reny's the general purpose store is also a must. There's always something to buy and it has a real Maine atmosphere. We went to Lakewood theatre for 2 performances and a brunch. Well worth a visit.
