Classic older Route 1 Motel, but totally upgraded
Clean and comfortable room.

Quirky motel with wonderful laid back owner Chuck. Very quiet and comfortable, with about a 20 minute drive to Acadia. Minimal continental breakfast but sufficient. Friendly and breath of fresh air. Had 3 rooms for 2 nights and would go back again in future.
Clean but old fashioned rooms, a little bit musty and could certainly do with a redecoration. Walls were also quite thin, so could hear noises from next door bathrooms. Fairly friendly staff and a convenient location to get to Acadia.

Two days later I received email from the hotel owner, strongly recommended that I will cancel my reservation.
