Well what a gem. The views are stunning, the staff just lovely and so eager to meet everyone's needs. Reception staff really great, I would suggest you book trips through Reception. We made the mistake to use an agent for a trip and were v disappointed when the transport didn't turn up. Reception went out of their way to organise an alternative and helped us to get a refund on the we had organised. Shuttle bus great and drivers will pick you up later than last scheduled pick up by private arrangement. Restaurant we found to be very good and breakfast provided a gd selection of foods. The accommodation is great (pool villa) and the gardens so beautiful. Traditional Balinese rooms.

We stayed for 5 nights in our own villa with our private pool. We had no concerns with our rooms. You are surrounded by nature and have loved all the lizards and birds surrounding the villas The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Every staff member who worked there all smiled at you and were very helpful. The rooms were very clean. We chose not to have ours cleaned daily as there really wasnt no need. The food was really lovely and so much to choose from. We had breakfast and evening meals. A free shuttle bus to Ubud centre and back which is only 15 mins away. We took a trip to the Rice terrace, the bali swing and the monkey forest. We would go back again. Thank you Furama for an amzing stay.

We stayed in a Private Villa with our own pool for 20 nights. The villa was outstanding as were the staff. The shuttle times were convenient so you could always have an early dinner in Ubud. The resort is close to nature surrounded by rice fields. The buffet breakfast was nice with a custom egg station. It included western, continental and Indonesian options. You can also to chose to have your breakfast served in your villa. Most people choose to eat lunch and dinner in Ubud and there is a wide selection of restaurants and places to shop or get a daily massage in the town.

When we wanted to take a shower, it came so little even empty and there was no hot water either. We called the receptionist, they said the water ran out because there were a lot of guests staying. The reason is very weird. The solution is we are asked to take a bath in the spa bathroom but we said no. We checked the water on the toilet and it wasn't running smooth. The bathtub faucet was installed incorrectly. The water spilled on the floor. We sure won't stay here again in our next trip

For its price, certainly worth it. Do note a few things about this hotel: - It is old. Around 16-18 years old (according to one of the staff). Hence, would be good to survey your room at the start and let the hotel know early. There were multiple things we called up to fix (which the staff gladly obliged): == Electric socket spoiled (electrician came to repair and was done in about 10mins) == Hair dryer defective (kindly replaced by a non-defective one) == No hand soap (we requested for 2 hand soaps for each sink - the hotel gave us for free 2 bar soaps) == one light bulb on the ceiling of the toilet not working (got changed as well pretty quickly) == faded/torn bean bags for pool lounging (hotel changed to newer ones) == The lock on the front porch could not be locked from outside - we just left it, as the inner compound felt relatively safe enough and our inner door could be locked - Otherwise room was very clean. A few ants, one or two flies that enter but given that it's surrounded by nature, not surprising. Daily clean-up service was very thorough. The workers that clean also go barefoot on your compound, even on the outside porch - so you know they do a good job. They are also very honest, and did not take some money that was left on the table. - Location is not that central. You'll take around 20-30mins on average traveling by taxi to the more famous restaurants in Ubud. Gianyar area is more central. Service was otherwise great. We requested for new towels/beach towels multiple times, which they gave us free of charge. They also helped us change our 100K rupiah into smaller notes in order to pay the Grab/GoJek drivers at the front counter. Also the front service staff helped me resolve some dispute with a booking for the river rafting which i was very grateful for. The breakfast was so-so, but also very value-for-money at 125K. They have an egg station. Can ask the chef to add a bit more salt to the omelette and scrambled eggs. Otherwise beehoon was great, I enjoyed it. Ate to my fullest. One thing i would say for improvement is that the bath gel/conditioner/shampoo bottles could be changed to pump instead of keeping it inside this jar. Because when we pour out from the jar, it prevents spillage, and the rainshower head was a bit wonky. but overall great service, enjoyable stay. Thank you Furama!

Stayed here for 3 nights before moving onto Lombok. The hotel is lovely. They offer a free shuttle into Ubud centre. I suspect because they have only recently re opened after Covid that occupancy was low. Due to this the pool bar wasn't open. We had our own villa with pool and didn't need to use the main pool. Staff here were absolutely fantastic! So friendly and welcoming, we would highly recommend a visit.

Our first trip to Bali and what an amazing place . We had the two bedroom private villa with our own pool. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The villa was cleaned daily without fail. It was amazing having a shower outside the water pressure was surprisingly strong and the water hot as you want. We ate most nights in the restaurant. The food was good and lots to choose from. Just hope more people visit as not as busy at the moment and the Balinese deserve the support . We arranged a taxi for the day and our driver Nyoman was amazing he took us to the waterfalls, temple, monkey sanctuary and nothing was too much trouble.
