“A touch of England brought to Maine” courtesy of your English host & southern hostess, Mark & Tina Stephens. A romantic, friendly, incredibly comfortable National Register bed and breakfast located in Dexter, Maine which is just 15 minutes off I95 and 45 minute drive to the Maine coastline, Bangor and the beautiful, scenic Moosehead Lake and Mount Katahdin region of Maine. My knowledge of the area and things to do and see is excellent. Whether you want to go moose watching, white water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, snowmobiling, ATV’s, ski-ing, apple picking, antiquing, whatever you want to do, just tell me and I will know the best places to be, things to see and the right people to contact. It’s all about giving my guests the best experience possible in my part of Maine. Stay for a night or maybe a few nights, unpack, treat the Brewster Inn like home, come and go as you please and have a great time. Room prices inc breakfast, Wi-Fi, really comfortable beds, flat panel TV’s. Each guestroom has its own bathroom; some guestrooms have a fridge, microwave or fireplace. The Honeymoon Suite has a large 2 person whirlpool. The Brewster Inn is a former Maine Governor and US Senator's family home and it’s a great place to stay. Have a read of the reviews to see what other guests say. I always try incredibly hard to give every guest that walks through my door, the best stay ever

This was our second visit to the Brewster Inn. We love it there. We came back for my 75th birthday celebration weekend. Mark and Tina have created such a wonderful safe environment. They attend to every detail. The inn is quiet, immaculate, and comfortable. We had wine on the porch overlooking the gardens. Breakfast was great. We will definately go back.

My partner and I stayed in the "honeymoon suite" this past weekend... Mark and Tina were just amazing. I've never stayed at a B&B before, they set the standards very high. The Inn and the room were extremely clean, the hospitality was great, the breakfasts were delicious and filling... I would go back for the breakfast alone! I highly recommend this Inn and I will definitely be returning. Its perfect for a recharge in beautiful scenery and comfortability... a wonderful weekend away

We had a great experience staying at The Brewster Inn. Our hosts, Mark and Tina, were wonderful, so welcoming, and happy to see us each time we walked in and walked out. We were very happy with the Covid19 Restrictions, as they made us feel comfortable and as safe as possible. The view from the street is beautiful, the gardens and the grounds are inviting. The inside is so beautiful, especially the parlor area, its furniture and decor, along with the history of the mansion. The walk to our room on the 1st floor went through a very charmingly decorated and inviting breezeway. Our room was very nice, cozy and comfortable. We did not get to experience the Breakfast part, as we headed out very early every day to see our children living 20 mins away. We will definitely be back again, and are excited to experience more camaraderie during a non-Covid time, but we will be back again soon even in this time of Covid. We are very happy with our 4-night stay in August 2020. (Not enough room here to say everything good!)

While visiting family at one of the nearby lakes we wanted a clean, safe comfortable place for a two night stay. Researched the Brewster Inn and found they were serious about their guests safety particularly regarding COVID 19. Mark & Tina were perfect hosts and work hard to provide a great experience including comfortable accommodations and a warm and tasteful breakfast each day. If you’re in the area Stay here you’ll be happy you did!

Mark and Tina's Inn is as good as it gets. It is by far one of my favorite B & Bs and I have stayed in plenty all over the world. I highly recommend their place. They are incredibly diligent, caring and hard-working and do everything in their ability to ensure a lovely stay for you, which is evident in everything from a very comfy bed to a phenomenal breakfast. Thanks again Mark and Tina, I would give you more than five stars if I could!
