The place is ideal for families who avoid tent camping but want to be close to nature. This is our second stay on this camp. Last year we stayed at Birch circle, this year we stayed at Fawn circle. The Birch mobile homes had a better layout than the Fawn circle so I would recommend Birch circle. Pros - access... More

Went RV camping here for the first time. This is a very well organized resort for families who want plenty of activities to choose from for their kids. There is so much to do. As a couple, we found that it was too crowded, though. At all times of the day and night the roadways were congested with kids, bikes,... More

Just returned from our third annual week at Point Sebago along with extended family. This is an excellent combination of camping and resort - with a good mix of seasoned campers and those who want to have a few creature comforts (sleeping off the ground, hot/cold running water, etc). Our kids do participate in some of the activities; it's nice... More

My family just returned from a fabulous week in Point Sebago July 9th - 16th. We stayed in two Park Homes on sites 742 & 744 and the week could not have been better. On site 742 we had our own private beach with a spectacular view if Sebago Lake. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and the... More

My family and I have been coming to Point Sebago for 12 years. We have had so many wonderful family vacations here. For the past two years we have noticed the types of people that are renting here has changed. Most of the children here are all over the resort with no supervision. We heard parents tell their 8 year... More

Spent a week here with my 3 little boys and wife. We have a travel trailer so we parked it in one of the circles where all the trailers are. The spots are very close together and we did know from the map that directly behind our trailer were tent sites. Had a bunch of people standing around literally right... More

This was my first trip to Point Sebago in Casco, ME and was pleasantly surprised with all the activities available to all ages from young to old. We took advantage of the pre-season rates and stayed the last week in June before the official summer season began. We chose this week because it offered flexibility regarding length of stay, number... More

My family and I went to Summerfest Weekend #3. June 23 to June 26. The weather was fantastic. We stayed in a Park Home on Fawn Circle. Fawn Circle is close to everything, therefore you do not need a golf cart. The park home was fabulous, no complaints. We took advantage of the free cruise, mini golf and the discount... More

My husband and I took 2 of our teenage grandsons with us (one of whom had never been camping, and neither had been to Maine) this past weekend 6/23-6/26. We were with 5 other camping families. We would have had a better time if our campsites were closer together. The site map for the resort is deceiving and sites are... More
