HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2015 via mobile

My husband and I stayed here two nights over Columbus Day weekend with our one year old and two year old daughters. We stayed in the motel, as we didn't want to disturb too many people if our little ones decided to cry a bit! We had a great stay! One day we hope to be back!

We got a very last minute reservation on a weekend at the end of camp season. The motel is very clean and well-maintained, very homey, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable. We felt all the privacy we wanted and all the attentive service we could ask for; the best of both worlds! Rene and Patrick are friendly and helpful, and I would... More

We have stayed at the Maplewood Inn for 3-4 years. Every time Rene and Patrick have been the most friendly, accommodating hosts. The rooms are always very clean and made up properly. The breakfast is just right, and their coffee is great. It feels like eating at home. We have had family members stay in the Inn while we stay... More

The room and overall feel of the inn was great, dressed with autumn decor and little fun things all around the formal house. The surrounding woods were lovely and great for walks. The nearby lake is great for water recreation.

We stayed in room #4. It was perfect, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The innkeeper was very pleasant. He welcomed us at breakfast with made to order omelets. We would definately stay here again. Can't go wrong with this hidden gem. The freshly made cookies were another added treat

We had a very enjoyable stay in the motel section of the Maplewood. Innkeepers Patrick and René were friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Our room, which looked as though it had been recently renovated, was spotless and comfortable. We much appreciated having windows that actually opened, so that we could get some cool Maine breezes at night instead of having to... More
