Recently stayed one night on a business trip. Single non-smoking room was clean and comfy. I took off one rating point since my room was a bit outdated and a couple of places on the walls needed some TLC. My co-worker and I did enjoy dinner at Albie's Lounge with access to the full Greenhouse Restaurant Menu and a discount for hotel guests. Breakfast was delish, also with a guest discount. Would happily stay again.

We spent over two weeks at CICC this winter. Never had a bad meal; breakfast was superb, dinner was excellent -whether in the pub, dining room or our room. We were there after restaurants and bars shut down for Covid-19 and the service out of the dining room was outstanding. As always, the snowmobile trails in Caribou and the County were simply fantastic. Caribou was out every night; every morning freshly groomed trails greeted us. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of riding; area clean and wide open (even when social distancing). We can't say enough good things about CICC and it's staff - just thank you!

This hotel is a very accomodating and welcoming location. The indoor pool was very nice and large with a lot of space around it to have family events. The room was spacious and well kept. The design and layout of the hotel was also very convenient.

This place has had an AMAZING glow up! It's beautiful and clean and the coffee makers in the lobby are fantastic! You can make a latte or cappuccino. Check out the ballroom is MAGICAL! The people are hard working and very informative. Proud to see how this place has transformed.

Hotel is under major renovation, loud noise everywhere and construction material left everywhere. Prime location, but room is very overpriced for a basic room. Bar isn’t even open, restaurant is old and decrepit. The shared balcony for all the second floor rooms that goes around the center indoor courtyard is WEIRD. That must have been the reason they filled in the pool in the middle of the hotel. The first floor rooms have windows that look into the courtyard. Layout of the entire building is odd. No elevators. Seems abandoned; like there were no guests. Take your business to Presque Isle and stay in the Hampton; half the cost.

Our snowmobile club traveled to Millinockett for 4 days of mid-week sledding and we had a blast !

This is a professionally run operation with full amenities. Swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, restaurant and lounge. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating ... they do a great job ! A large, private breakfast room served as our HQ’s and a complimentary, Buffett breakfast was greatly appreciated.

The rooms are large, clean and have a more than adequate bathroom & shower / tub.

We parked out trucks & trailers in the back of the Inn (with hotel security cameras watching) and we loved having direct access to trails that connected us to ITS routes !

Free WiFi in our rooms was nice, however we did not get great connectivity.

This is a complete facility, run by friendly and accommodating people, located directly on fantastic trails ! We definitely plan to stay here again !

Overpriced with poor service and staff that doesn’t give a damm. They charge $350 a night for a hotel in northern Maine under construction, no pool, no hot tub, no ice, no bar/restaurant, thin towels and hammering in the background. When we complained, the service staff told use to pound sand. They also lost our original reservation, likely so they could jack up the rate more. GO ELSEWHERE.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Caribou Inn with friends snowmobiling. The Inn is very clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the lounge at night . We ate once in the restaurant which was very good. The Inn provided our Bridgton Snow mobile club with a buffet breakfast every morning. The trails were right outside our door!

I had to attend a business meeting in the area and after a 4 hour drive to get there, it was a great place to stay. Room was warm and comfortable, quiet and had a good night's sleep. Bed and bedding was comfortable as well. Room had everything I needed. My breakfast at the Inn was enjoyable as well. Prices were decent.

Great place to stay with clean, bright rooms with an especially helpful staff. I left my pillow in the room and they called me to ask if I wanted it shipped. Not only did they do so, they did it at their expense. Hard to beat that sort of customer service!
