Wanted a Corner Suite but at the time of booking (March) wanted 7 night stay. We only wanted 4 nights so was forced to book a Premium Oceanfront King.(640) Not the best premium Oceanfront view overlooking the pool and hot tub. Disappointed that the Cliff House didn't inform us when they changed the criteria from a 7 night stay to a 4 night stay. Poor CustomerHospitality Service to returning clients.

Geographic location is great. Beautiful view. Hotel ground is nicely done and room well appointed. The bunk suite is ideal for family with young children and teens. The bunk cove off of living room is very space efficient and visually pleasing.

What an amazing place! Was a little pricy but worth it! The Spa is awesome! Everyone was very accommodating. The food in the restaurants and coffee shop was great! The resort itself looks just like the pictures you see on social media and their website. If you every get a chance, it is worth the trip!

We spent a few days at this property because a friend highly recommended we should. Wow! What an iconic resort! The setting and lodge is fantastic! From checkin to checkout, we felt the warmth of the staff to be genuine and sincere. Our room was very nice with a wonderful view of the ocean. We ate at Tillers restaurant and chose to eat at the bar. The food was wonderful and Rick, the bartender was great! Real pro! We also enjoyed lounging at the pool and received excellent service from Amelia. Very attentive and delightful to speak with. We also ate at Nubbs. Really enjoyed talking with Bill the manager. Made us feel like friends. Also enjoyed the evening gathering around the fire pit. Wonderful way to meet new people. It was a memorable experience. We will be back!

Very expensive but we splurged for our anniversary. Food options close very early. As well as no late room service. The Tiller is booked far in advance, we could only get a lunch reservation but cancelled because we went sightseeing. And you can only sit at the bar if you are dining there. Surrounding towns should all be visited. York, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Portsmouth NH. Staff was great! Spa is beautiful, but pricey too. Bathroom walls are a little thin. You can hear talking in the next room.
