We had an amazing time at this b&b. The breakfast was so delicious. The room was fabulous with a giant tub and a wonderful, a double headed shower, and a beautiful gas fireplace. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great relaxing weekend.

Thank you for your very kind words. These are certainly stressful times. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and that you had a relaxing weekend! The large whirlpool tubs and the gas fireplaces in the carriage house are definitely guest favorites. We hope to see you again when you are in need of a little R&R.

This was our first stay at the Hawthorn Inn and I can't imagine a better spot in Camden. Our room was spotless and well furnished, with a beautiful view from the second floor deck. Breakfast was perfect and we enjoyed eating outside overlooking the back lawn. The location was great with just a short walk to the harbor, shops and restaurants. We will be back again.

the owners of the inn were very accommodating and helpful. the inn itself was very pretty and on nice grounds, unfortunately it was too cold for us to sit outside but it would be lovely to do so in warmer weather. the town of Camden was also picturesque.

We had a truly lovely weekend in picturesque Camden in the hands of our hosts, Lisa and Ted. We came up for my birthday and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, from graciously receiving us after we got a late start driving up from Boston to baking special vegan treats to accommodate our diet. To view sunrise in the harbor, all we had to do was fall out of bed, throw on our jeans and amble down the lawn. It's clear that Ted and Lisa enjoy opening their home to others, sharing their knowledge of the area and taking time to chat. We so appreciate the hospitality and would certainly return.
