The Lodge at Camden Hills is one of the Camden's most scenic properties. Owned by the Burgess family for over forty years, the Lodge is a village of four cottages, four suites, and four standard rooms in five unique buildings across nine acres. With a view of Penobscot Bay ahead and Mount Battie directly behind us, it is easy to relax at the Lodge. Watch sailboats on the bay, wind-blown from island to island, from your private deck. Enjoy well-appointed, clean, and comfortable lodging. There is comfort in the privacy of your own space at the Lodge. Each room has a private entrance with parking and a deck with water views of Penobscot Bay. Our goal is to make our rooms as comfortable as possible. It is our experience that after a good night's sleep, Maine will work its magic on your mind and spirit! Our luxurious bedding by Cuddledown will lull you into a peaceful slumber. Our Maine-made comforters and pillows along with 400-thread count, 100% combed cotton bedding are inviting, soft, and comfortable. A continental breakfast basket is hung outside your door each morning so you can enjoy breakfast in your room at your leisure before heading out to explore the mid-coast. Start your morning with freshly-brewed coffee, tea, local baked goods, Maine-made Stonewall Kitchen jam, and orange juice. At day's end experience dramatically dark, star-filled skies, the robust smell of fir trees mixed with a little wood smoke, and cool air on your skin. Together these elements create an experience that is what Maine is all about.

Thanks for another great stay at your beautiful Lodge. Warm, cozy, clean and private --- just a stone’s throw to downtown shops and favorite restaurants. Just what we needed to ring in the new year and bid farewell to a tough 2020. Already looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I recently spent a week at The Lodge on a vacation to view the fall foliage. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The property is just beautiful and well maintained. From our room, we had a great view of the bay. A perfect place to sit out on the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise. The location is just far enough outside of Camden to avoid all of the crowds, yet just a few minutes away so one can enjoy the town's benefits (food, shopping and sailing). Being located next to the state park, it also offers great trail hiking, not just on the property, but in the surrounding Forest.

We have been stying here (in the same room) in early October since 2002. Although we don't use it, the fireplace is always set with dry wood and more in a basket. The kitchenette makes it easy for us to prepare our own "continental breakfast" before venturing out. The

We have a family of six, four small children. They accommodated us with an air mattress and pack n play. Everyone slept well! The coffee was good and the view in the morning spectacular. The real keys and trusting check in/out was a blast from the past. Worth the trip from Knox county airport to Camden. If we are in the area, we will stay here again.

We were camping and hit a cold rainy time. Went to the Lodge and had a wonderful experience. Family owned, Jim was very friendly and accommodating. Clean, beautiful view from the rooms and many nice details such as a tray with cloth napkins and knives and plates . A balcony for morning coffee . Would go there again in a NY minute.
