This hotel was perfect! Very clean and fabulous views! The suites are very comfortable and spacious. Amenities were bountiful, from bath products to breakfast and having a mini refrigerator, coffee and tea and microwave in the room. Great location! Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband and I spent three wonderful nights, celebrating a big birthday for him, at this gem of a small boutique hotel. We loved it. We were in a king suite which was very nice and had everything we needed including a fireplace in the living room and bedroom, a jetted tub and separate shower, a refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig coffee pot. The shower had multiple jets with loads of hot water. Every morning a delicious breakfast, included, was deliver to our room. The location on Camden Harbor was perfect because we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and responded immediately to our needs. Everything was immaculate. I used to live in the area so it was a nostalgic getaway and met all of our expectations and more. Thank you Grand Harbor.

Phenomenal room. View is quite Satisfactory. Service is top notch. So far, our best experience in Maine. Within feet of historic district. Restaurants surround B&B for lunch or dinner. However, if you want fine dining, you must go to Natalie’s. A true 5 star experience, within walking distance.

I could not believe that for almost $500 per night the breakfast included a MINI muffin - two bites. Not the full size muffin shown in the photos. And the second morning it included a MINI croissaint - two bites. The coffee was barely enough for 2 SMALL cups per person. I could not believe it!

Dear Carol, Thank you for taking the time to provide us a review of your recent stay. I am saddened to hear that you did not enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast. Our "Good Start" breakfast has several items to choose from, ie Chef's choice entree, fresh fruit, granola/yogurt parfait, a daily fresh baked pastry item, as well as juice and coffee. Additional coffee is always available in our lobby as well as in guest rooms with our provided Keurig machines. We are always willing to accommodate our guest's dietary needs and/or certain substitutions. We are also happy to make any sort of adjustments to quantity of items based upon request. We take pride in delivering a fantastic stay to all guests, and I do apologize that we missed the mark during your stay. I certainly hope you have an opportunity in the future to stay with us so that we can provide a much more positive experience. Kindly, Ashley Watts Guest Services Manager Bay View Collection

We are so happy we discovered this beautiful inn. We stayed in a suite with a balcony that afforded a partial view of the harbor. The rooms themselves were extremely comfortable. We were very impressed with the walk-in shower with jets everywhere! Plenty of towels...no skimping there! The inn offers some of the best amenities we have ever encountered. I even took my half-used soap home! The included breakfast was outstanding, fresh and home-made quiche, etc. ; and if you prefer, you can have breakfast in your room, still wearing the robe that is provided for your use. Don’t forget to try the home-made chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby. The bedding is super-soft , the furniture super-comfortable. Two tvs, with a pocket door to separate the rooms, if you need to do so. They thought of everything. All rooms are on the second floor, with an elevator. Try the Blaze restaurant across the street. Excellent food, reasonably priced.
