Loved our stay. The room was clean, quiet and cozy. Bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled. The breakfast was awesome with homemade breads, muffins and granola. Easy walking distance to downtown Camden. Truely a quaint New England atmosphere.

The Towne Motel is absolutely terrific, a budget motel that offers top class service and comfort. We stayed in the studio above the garage, which has its own cooking facilities, comfortable bed, good hot shower and a really generous space for sitting. After some weeks travelling we loved the opportunity to put our own meals together. The location was excellent,...

We made reservations at the Towne Motel based on comments we read on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Siobhan, the innkeeper, carried our bags to our upstairs room! It was a short walk into the harbor so we didn't need to move the car. The continental breakfast included homemade blueberry muffins, yogurt,...

I wouldn't typically think of calling a "motel" cozy -- but that is exactly what the Towne Motel is. For my husband and I, it is the perfect combination of a relaxed, nothing pretentious, setting, while having some key benefits of a small Inn -- namely, the attentive hosts (Siobhan and Katya), a delicious breakfast in a part of their...

My son, daughter, and I traveled to Camden for Easter weekend. I had been to Camden many years ago and remembered it as a beautiful, seaside, New England town. As I quickly discovered my memories did not serve me wrong. I had read about the Towne Motel on TripAdvisor and it seemed just like the place I was looking for;...

An easy walk to downtown, this little 'slice of heaven' may look like a motel on the outside, but it feels like a B&B on the inside. In the middle of winter, nothing feels better than a sense of "cozy." I am usually concerned with the cleaning aids used to clean rooms - but the innkeeper happily showed me a...

Bob, you and Jimmy were the perfect guests and we had such fun getting to you know two!. We'll always remember going to see the Nutcracker at the Camden Opera House with you. Previous owners of the Towne told us that they had made many friends here at the motel, and you two are a great example of that. We...

Conveniently located on the main road, 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and restaurants. Nice pleasantly decorated room, large convenient bathroom, free wifi. Friendly service. The breakfast was quite light a a little bit too sweet for me (cakes, fruits, coffee and tea), but it was nice to spend the breakfast time talking to the other guests and share trip experiences.

You've touched on the things that people love most about Towne Motel: our location (a 5 minute walk into the heart of the village), nice rooms, and continental breakfast in the parlor and dining room of our 1853 home, where guests gather around the table to share travel tips and experiences. It always sounds fun and we're often tempted to...

We stayed at the Towne Motel in Camden for one night. The room, on the second floor, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included home baked chocolate cake, muffins and other wonderful goodies. The innkeepers were very friendly, outgoing and full of recommendations for sites to see in Camden. Short walk to town. Would definitely stay at the Towne...

You all were great fun to host, and we ended up getting those cookbooks you recommended, as Christmas gifts! We're so glad you enjoyed your room, and breakfast, and the easy walk into the village. We love to play concierge for our guests--there's so much to see and do and eat around Camden and we're happy to give recommendations and...
