Perfect balance of charm and amenities. We stayed in Room #5 and had a fantastic view. Especially loved the feeling of privacy, no party walls with other quests. Yet plenty of friendly conversation at breakfast and common spaces. Look forward to revisiting.

This B&B combines modern convenience with old time charm. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms...would be great for a family (suite 6) which was more than we needed...but all that was available when I booked. We had 2 balconies so plenty of outdoor space. Breakfasts were great. There are things to choose from & serve yourself (I particularly liked...

This was not our first visit to Greenleaf Inn and I'm sure it won't be our last. Ben greeted us almost immediately as we pulled into the parking lot and we were early but our room was ready for us (room 2). Set up the room is still the same although the small room with the twin bed seems to...

Yes, changes are happening. Kudos to Ben and his staff for continuing on with changes begun in previous years. They are noticeable and appreciated. Beds were comfortable and of course breakfast was very tasty. While this stay was very brief, we always enjoy the ambiance is enjoyed.

Enjoyed a glass of wine on deck before dinner at Ports of Italy..dinner was delicious too. Having had our full of lobster! We were in walking distance to all the harbor has...

We stayed here for three nights in early June. Had a beautiful view of the harbor from our small private deck ( Room 6). Room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfasts served each day were a delight. Excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk (Don't miss the Boathouse Bistro!). A 5 minute walk to Capt'n Fish's boat trips. We...

What a wonderful place with wonderful people. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming. We loved room 3 with the quiet private side balcony. Breakfast was fantastic both days and always served with a smile. They alternate a served savory/ sweet breakfast each morning although they also have a counter with bagels, toast, juice cereal etc. Great location downtown. You...
