The cleanest hotel room I've ever seen, really spotless. Super view over the harbor, fantastic food at the attached restaurant, comfortable room, nice people. We stumbled on this place at the last minute, I wish I could have stayed a week, instead of one night. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing to be aware of is that the... More

Nice place to stay but bathroom is small. Nice balcony to take in some nice views. The restaurant on the other hand, not so great. The first night that we stayed we decided to have dinner at the restaurant. We were seated promptly and received our drinks in a timely manner, that's all the good things that I can say.... More

Brown's is great place to stay. Staff is great and accommodating. There was a lot of noise from upstairs. Next year we might do 3rd floor. This is our 4th year staying at Brown's. Bathroom is small, room is nice size and clean. View from deck is great, nice sunsets. There is a Trolley that picks you up, will drop... More

We were only able to stay at Brown's Wharf one night, but are already making plans to go back for a longer time next year. The setting itself is beautiful, but the hotel is fantastic! Our room overlooked the cove and, across the cove, a restaurant. The view was gorgeous! It was nice to sit out on our balcony in... More

I found the bathroom to be too small. Excessive noise from occupants above us. It appear to sound like they were moving furniture and they had a marching band above us. Beautiful view from the room. The room was comfortable and clean, but small. If you are into fishing and boating, I think you will enjoy this place.

We stayed one night in a king room with a view and had an awesome stay. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with great views of the harbor. The room was very clean, the property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. The bathrooms are small but adequate and the air conditioning was super cold during... More

My husband and I spent a full week on the first floor, and in the same room we had stayed in a year ago (2015) so we now have spent 2 years at The Browns Inn. When we were checking out, we ask to make reservations for the same time, but on 3rd floor, front but were told we needed... More

We stayed at Brown's Wharf Inn for one night in early June. Room was nice and good value for money. We had a nice side view but balcony is not private. Its on the opposite side of the town but it's not too far with the bridge across the harbour. The restaurant was not open but we did have breakfast... More

My husband and I cut our visit short since it is not what is advertised. Room was small, bathroom barely fits a person. Sink is in the room so little privacy afforded. You can hear people above you walking in the room so good luck with a good nights sleep. Never coming back!!!!!

We spent two night's at Brown's on beautiful Boothbay Harbor. The room was very clean and spacious and the grounds were beautiful--gorgeous flowers everywhere. There were chairs and benches all around the motel, so one could sit and watch boats in and out of the harbor. It is a lovely, picturesque setting that I wholeheartedly recommend.
