We have stayed at the Jolly Drayman for several years now. Stay right at the B&B, and enjoy the antique furniture, the wooden floors, quaint atmosphere, comfy beds....then, of course the restaurant is WOW! I love the food here. Decision of what to choose for dinner is the hard part. The Thai Pizza is so good. This year we tried the curry and that was excellent, as well. The crust on those pizzas is like no other. Our bartender, Hannah, made a delicious martini - the cloud. Such a nice taste! They have hired new people this past year and from what I observed and experienced, this was a really good decision. I just love the atmosphere of the restaurant and pub. Unlike any other 'ordinary restaurant'. Good job with all the changes in the past year. Very excited for all of

This is a great B&B. I was traveling alone, and felt very welcome here. Dani was a great host. She was very helpful. The pub has great food. The menu was very extensive. The atmosphere was charming and friendly. For breakfast, I had a choice between an omelet and a yogurt parfait with fresh berries. I chose the parfait. This was a great choice. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will recommend this place to others. I hope to go again some time for an extended stay. My only regret was that I was there only one night. Bethel was a nice town, and would be a great base for several days.

What a great B &B!!!! Comfortable, clean, great food, and gracious hostess and crew!!! Dani is a most caring hostess and makes sure that everything is right with your stay. Would not hesitate to come back on another swing thru this part of the country.

Later arrival then we expected but did not put a damper on the welcome we received! Few minutes of imparting necessary information and it was off for some much needed rest. Our room had a 'homey', comfortable feeling. Everything we needed was there including shower necessities. Beds and pillows were comfortable and fresh. Breakfast coffee was served with a smile, greeting and conversation. Local information and history of the B & B were nice to hear. The love of their B&B is quite evident in every little detail. I would definitely return and recommend it to others. [thanks for arranging to get the pillow I forgot there :-) ]
