The property is quite nice and clean. The grounds are next to a ski slope so the views are great. The pool area is nice and well maintained. The one problem we had was the extra expense for cleaning. We had a studio unit which cost us an extra $200 for cleaning. We were never told about this expense until... More

Great location, absolutely fabulous and helpful staff, great vegan and vegetarian options in the Club restaurant. Very nice rooms (with a noisy AC). Great location for treks, conferences, kayaking and archery (by LL Bean). Best choice for holiday/visit/conference.

I spent five days at the hotel for an academic conference during the summer and the whole experience was fantastic. Not only were the staff absolutely helpful and friendly, but the food was really incredible with lots of options for people with various dietary preferences. I wasn't sure what to expect since we were staying at a ski hotel in... More

After staying at this hotel 10 years ago when is was very new, all I can say now is this is a property in decline. We came on a Stay and Play for golf and while the price is good, be prepared for the basics. The hotel bar was taken by some kind of party, the restaurant looks like a... More

Just ok. Parking is a little difficult with most parking quite a ways from the hotel. The a.c. units in the room was very loud. The room was neat and clean with comfortable furnishings a a very comfortable bed. It wouldn't be my first choice if we go back

My husband and I stayed her one night for the River Rock Festival. The studio room was nice and their included buffet breakfast was the best we have been too. We are looking forward to going again next year.

Beautiful resort, our room was not very good, bedding was VERY Uncomfortable and not really cleaned very well. Wi-Fi SUCKED. Camp restaurant was Very overpriced for the offerings and not really " camp or comfort food". With all the resorts available, other than the perfect location for the winter skiers, I would not recommend it.

The beds are ok, the bathroom was clean. The door lock did not work properly. The climate control did not work. Fortunately the weather was beautiful and we could leave the window open. Room was very stuffy. The restaurant is Terrible (with a capital T). We were there for the New England Mineral Conference and will only stay there again... More

Terrible dated and dirty hotel. No activities in off season. Overpriced restaurant. We had a week booked and only stayed two nights. Do not stay at this hotel. Rude or oblivious staff. Everyone had different answers for questions about the hotel. 5pm check in time!
