I want to thank them for squeezing us in for the Weekend. This campground is very clean, family and dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can return soon. It was fun doing Halloween for the kids despite the rain. Two thumbs up for Beaver Dam.

Thanks you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience at BDC with other campers. Thanks too, for participating in our Halloween in August festivities. In spite of the rain, a fun time was had by all! Hope to see you again soon!

This is by far the worst campground that I have ever stayed at. The 2 owners of this campground constantly harassed my boys and emotionally abused them. 10 out of 10 would now recommended this campground

Beaver Dam Campground is a clean, quiet, friendly and family oriented campground. We take pride in our park and have tremendous repeat business. Your other family members having been staying with us (and are still here) for years so we hate when we have to part ways with a site due to a lack of respect for other guests, staff, and the rules in general, which are in place for the comfort and safety of everyone. The three unsupervised 14 year olds on your site (one of which was not registered as well as an adult on your site), were never harassed, emotionally abused, or ever spoken to with a loud or disrespectful tone (although they were very disrespectful not only to us and our staff, but to other campers as well who asked them to stop certain behaviors) though there was some sarcasm as we had to walk them home well after quiet hours when they were on the playground and "afraid of the dark". As I explained to you while you were sitting at your campfire enjoying the peace, I had to leave my plans for the evening to tend to your kids. We work hard and wear many hats. The one hat I will not wear is babysitter to kids who are looking to cause disruptions. You were refunded for the remaining part of your stay so you were treated more than fairly. Your in-laws are still here and have signed on for next year so we must not be too bad at this campground business. 10 out of 10 would now recommend Beaver Dam Campground is exactly what we are looking for!

A group of us came to Maine for an observed trials event and stayed here again. Absolutely love this campground! 💖 It is small but very well equipped and clean. It is quiet and peaceful. Can't wait to come back next year.

I agree with the negative reviews of Beaver Dam in one aspect. Don't visit if you regard a weekend or holiday venture to a campground as an excuse to drink to excess, jump naked into the pond and be a general PIA to other campers. Do make Beaver Dam your first choice if you want

This place is the BEST! Clean & friendly, just got home from our 4th trip to this campground and will go back as soon as we can! Plenty of things for the kiddos to do. We always think when camping here that there isn't much room for improvement but return to see some! My fave

Can you fish without a license in their pond?
Thanks for your interest in Beaver Dam Campground! Yes, registered campers may fish in our pond with out a license as we own the pond. We do have a catch and release policy and our campers reel in bass, pickerel, horn pout and sunfish!
