We only stayed one night at the Mulberry House, but it was a very nice and relaxing visit. The historic house is beautiful, and is set in a lovely neighborhood. The owners were very accommodating, and go above and beyond to assure your stay is relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. We would highly recommend this B&B.

Bath is a small town with a lovely Victorian feel. The Mulberry House fits perfectly into that feeling. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the from doors--surely helped by the welcoming demeanor of the hosts themselves. Bill & Diane Racine were so friendly and added little touches that made it feel so personal - like notes on the chalkboard going into the dining room or backpacks left for our walk down to the shore. The rooms are decorated so tastefully and the food was both lovely and delicious. Bill & Diane took time to visit with us and we loved getting to know them. Our nights at the Mulberry House were the perfect fit for our vacation. We hope to be back again one day!

My family and I recently spent the night and had an amazing experience. The family was very accommodating and had a beautiful breakfast set for us in the morning! The house has wonderful history on every floor. The downtown area with shops and restaurants was right down the street which was perfect. Highly recommend coming to the Mulberry House!
