We had a wonderful experience staying at the Inn. Our room was very comfortable , spacious and clean. Jeannette's breakfast offerings were a delight every morning. Alan provided valuable information about the park and it's numerous trails . The two of them were great to stay with and enjoy the peaceful location on the harbor.

Best inn experience we’ve ever had! It’s amazing how clean and organized everything was. Alan and Jeannette provided exceptional quality service and are super friendly! Breakfast was unlike anything we had experienced before. It is real, homemade, and get really creative everyday! Definitely worth a visit (or a couple). We will be back!

Our stay at Ann's point was an exceptional experience. From the serene location on the quite site, with beautiful views of the harbor and quiet location, to the tastefully decorated rooms and throughout the inn, all the amenities provided throughout the Inn. Alan was a very caring and thoughtful host, and we had wonderful conversations at every occasion. Jeanette's breakfasts were out of the world experience each morning. They use herbs and greens from their own backyard greenhouse. This stay was a special experience for a very special occasion for us, and I would love to go back again for a quiet time off and enjoy the nature.

This location is exactly what we were looking for and then some. Top notch service and food; beautiful location, classy accommodations. Nothing was missing; we actually had more than expected. The little things I usually travel with they provided (q-tips, makeup towel), iems i expect from a resort also provided (robe, slippers, water bottle, huge jacuzzi tub) and those unexpected from an Inn (fresh cookies every night, 3-course gourmet breakfast, sauna, hot tub. It is worth every penny. I recommend it and will return.

We added a night stay between Southwest Harbor and returning to Ogunquit. Alan and Jeanette were gracious enough to allow us a one night stay after departing a different B&B in the area. One night is not enough to enjoy the hosts, room and location but we thoroughly enjoyed all the above not forgetting the wine and cheese social and amazing breakfast. This stay was the highlight to four nights in Southwest Harbor. This is most likely the finest place to stay in Southwest Harbor. Thank you Alan and Jeanette!
