I would ring or e mail the hotel to request a room on the ground floor as this would help your mother if there was mobility issues. The hotel manager is very approachable and helpful and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a good choice from the menu too. We only stayed one night. The hotel is relaxing.
