My husband and I stayed previously in the General Bradford suite. Came to the house after reading a book written by a former owner and for it's antebellum charm. Did not disappoint. Great stories, photos, experience, and food! Brought the kids back for an evening mystery tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Beautiful grounds, enthusiastic staff and tour. Side note:. We actually placed a partial- wrap porch on our home after spending some great even hours in the rockers during our first visit! Rockers are not on the porch now due to covid I am told.

This place has been in my bucket list for years. Very famous for being one of the most hunted locations in America. But besides all that; the experience was great. We were able to check in earlier and relax, the room was historic and cozy and breakfast was great too. Enjoyed the tours (day and nighttime). Definitely recommend.

My husband and myself stayed over with another couple. We had adjoining rooms which was nice to visit. There is so much beauty and history here! The service was wonderful and the food for breakfast was delicious! We did not see anything eerie. But we did get some funky noises on a recorder that we let record all night! 😳 We live in Louisiana and will definitely stay over again!

Very interesting and fun place to visit. The staff is very friendly, helpful and quick to point out things that you might like to do or see. The tour guide was very fun even though it was just my wife and I in the tour she made it very interesting and fun. I would highly recommend going.

We stopped for one night mostly drawn by the stories of hauntings. Did not see any unexplained activity! The place is beautiful with a lot of history. The tour was very informative, thank you Kennedy. The staff were very friendly and polite. We stayed in a room in the main house. Quite creepy at night but no ghosts. You have the run of the grounds during the night which was awesome. Well worth the visit for ghost hunters and history buffs alike.
