There are a varieties of pools to choose from, Merlion to Waves. There are also slides, which is great for the waterpark. The cleanliness of the resort is kind of unnoticed, some pools look dirty and some have too much chlorine, and the rooms, too. Good for saving budget.

A Budget-friendly resort from the entrance fee to the cottages. Girls from the receptionists are accommodating but they are choosing who to serve first. Pools are dirty and water is itchy. Too crowded, i think its because some pools are close.

I attended a wedding at DJ Paradise Resort a few days ago, 3064Php dual bed room(after 10% disc), split aircon, quite spacious with 2 free breakfasts per room and 2 free entrance into their pools. Room was good, great beds, ice cold aircon(remote control but no remote in room!), basic 21" old CRT type TV(again NO remote), balcony facing the highway and sun, CR from the 90's, although there was hot water.

Breakfast, though basic, was yummy and free, so no issues there.

The pools were a big disappointment; they have a phase 1 and phase 2, apparently they only open on alternate week days, weekends they open both together, wave pool was not functioning, pool cleaning left a lot to be desired, really it seemed to be more hotel and less resort!

After one day my 3 kids had had enough and we took a jeepney to the relatively nearby Jeds Resort; complete opposite, more resort not really a hotel.

Dual bed room was smaller, beds less comfortable and a bit squeaky, window type aircon was just okay, old TV again and small ref; 3000Php per 24 hours for the room plus approx 500Php extra for entrance to pools for 2 adults and 3 kids.

There is NO resto, none, nada, just a small 24 hours store selling cup noodles etc although daytime they also serve basic dishes such as tapsilog, more importantly they also sell beer!

But the huge difference was the pools, all open 24/7, with the exception of the 15ft diving pool which closes after dark, we all had fun in the water for the 2 days we stayed here. Complementing the kids pool experience were the hundreds of resin statues which are literally everywhere, the kids loved looking at them and taking each others picture while posing beside them.

All in all, as a hotel DJ Paradise wasn't bad, but at 3000 plus pisos it's wildly over priced IMHO, if you have kids Jeds Island Resort wins hands down, no contest!

Unforgettable in the sense that it's THE WORST resort I've ever been to. The hygiene and sanitation of the pools were close to NONE. The water smells of too much chlorine but the color gray is prevalent despite of the "cleaning efforts" done (if there were any).

The zoning of areas are ALL OVER THE PLACE and the the bombardment of HORRIBLE replicas are scattered all over the resort. Less is more and this place has so much DISTORTED character replicas in areas where they aren't really necessary. The suffocating number of replicas doesnt do any justice to the characters. The resort's "24 HOURS OPEN" gig is probably to triple it's client count but it leaves no time for the staff to clean the whole area properly. The high number of pools doesnt help either since all of them are very much unsanitary.

The exhaust of room AC's are lined on inside corridors which adds to the overall heat of the area. No proper ventilation was found. Even the bathrooms had no exhaust fans nor windows. The room we stayed in had no shower. Now that would be okay as long as there is a running tap but the pail provided was not meant for people to use when taking a bath. It was so small that it was like one full pail is equal to a full dipper. Also, the distance of the pool areas to the rooms were a meter or less and they don't REQUIRE people to shower before jumping into pools. The probability of food to be mixed into the water is highly possible.

This resort doesn't care about comfortability as long as people are checking in. Don't be fooled by all the tarps scattered all over the expressways. Their overmarketing is not up to par to the service they give. I discourage people to go to this resort. If you want to relax, this resort will only give you a barrage of headaches.

We visited this resort because they have been bombarding metro manila with their tarpualins. Unfortunately they are just good in their marketing strategy! I will never forget my experience here because the pool and most of the area were dirty! I dont know if the pools there are undergoing in maintenance everyday. The garbage is all over the place. Very disappointing resort!

I was here two summers ago, and was surprised with the crowd. Entrance fee is friendly that it's actually sulit for a big family trip. Just prepare for the overwhelming number of people who go here during summer season. The hosts were good at their jobs. They welcomed us politely right before we bought tickets. They also provided us with carts for our belongings. Parking is spacious, too.

when we visited the resort, the employees are very accommodating, although we don't really appreciate the other pools they have as well as their facilities. we expect more activities. but over all its good place for having fun with your group of friends especially during summer.

They have a no refund policy. The problem is that we did not get what we paid for. We paid for an extra table but after 2 follow ups, no table arrived until we left the resort. When we went to the office to complain, the employee treated us like it was our fault that we didn't follow up enough. Because of the no refund policy, it's like they stole our money. Please check other reviews about this place before considering this place.

I visited this resort for the first time last summer, since it is talked about by a lot of people in our place, hearing them saying it is a very very nice place. It's not what I saw that moment I enter the resort. The pool are not as good as the the other had. But their life size statue were the one that are capturing in the eyes. The facilities are good. The amenities are not that nice. And they don't offer that much activities.
