Please read my profile for my biases. My wife and I came to New Orleans for a weekend where we were going to be spending most of our time outside in the city. I didn't really want to spend a lot of points for one of the properties near the Quarter, so based on positive reviews here we chose to...

We visit New Orleans regularly and stay here several times a year. It is a very convenient location with quick access to downtown. Our last stay was over the Christmas holiday. On the day after Christmas our toilet overflowed. In just a few minutes after a call to the front desk, the most pleasant maintenance man arrived. He unstopped the...

What an amazing wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They called us a shuttle to our cruise and it was so easy. Check in was super simple and they also suggested a great restaurant that was perfect for our family of 9.

If you don't need an accessible room with a bathtub, this place might work for you. It did smell kind of funky in the hallways, but otherwise seemed okay. Free parking was a perk. I reserved a room that was wheelchair accessible with a bathtub. I was assigned a wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower. Then I asked to...

I try to stay at full-service Marriotts for my business travel because they have full restaurants and a proper bar. However, this Courtyard is so well run that I think I will be staying here for the last night of my yearly week in NOLA and checking out of my French Quarter Marriott one day early every year. Everything at...

This is a very nice property. Tucked away in the Galleria . Away from the hub bub but close to everything. Public transportation is only a few blocks away on Canal Blvd but UBER is an option for sight seeing. Staff is great and our room was very nice and updated. Frog in room.

We really enjoyed reading your thoughts and cannot thank you enough for sharing such a pleasant review. We are graciously happy to hear about our guest's great experiences and hear about areas that we can improve. We are proud of our location not too far from the French Quarter with convenience still a factor for everyone staying at our hotel....

First the Courtyard in general is not unlike most that I have stayed at around the world, but when it comes down to basics they fail horribly. The biggest concern is the lack of security when I had to call the desk two times due to next door guest who partied until 1:00 AM smoking weed and then only to...

The place is fresh and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds, quiet room. Lots of electric outlets and USB ports bedside for charging, etc. Bistro is convenient. One night we had their hamburger and it was served fast and delicious. Lots of public computers and an airline boarding pass printer station. My favorite hotel in Metarie.

The bed and pillows were excessively firm. The hotel was quiet on a busy weekend. Housekeeping was very efficient. The room was clean with nice furnishings and wide-screen TV.
