A group of us visited for the weekend. After reading the reviews in the morning and seriously considering giving it a miss, we decided to take a risk and stay. On arrival it looked ok, plenty of car park spaces , check in was easy and off we went to our rooms. The rooms were pretty small doubles but ours...

If this is the only hotel you can find......sleep in your car!!! You have been warned. Entering the room corridor the door was thick with grime around the handle (not a good start) First room stunk of cigarette smoke, had wine splashes on the ceiling and shower ceiling covered in mould. 2nd room was not much better.

Well it's been a few months since my last visit and nothing has changed still tired and in need of some TLC. The bathroom was showing signs of mould on the ceiling and grout was bad in plac3s black in fact. But you get what you pay for. Would say the breakfast has improved slightly

Our visit was on Saturday 6th May. The car park was full, a large number of trade vehicles (“white vans”) so mixed clientele. The room (214) was in need of a bit of a clean up, we could tell the previous occupants were fairly happy, as their client feedback card was sitting on the table by the window, the soap...

Rooms clean but tired, furniture needs updating, TV ok , with basic free view channels. Only 20 mins free wifi! How mean is that. Bathroom clean, and probably had a refurb in recent years. Good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. For some reason , the bathroom fan came on at 7am, quite load and annoying. Mattress was on...

Absolutely terrible!!! Pay on arrival but they won't give you a receipt until you check-out. You cannot put food or drink on your room bill. Internet is only free for 20 mins!!! Food expensive and very little choice. Rooms very basic and could do with updating. You have to pay extra to use the gym & pool and take room...

Large family event at hotel so took trip down. 3 mins from M3 and less than an hour from London city centre. Anyway checked in fine and room was massive and well laid out. Bar prices a tad excessive. I mean a white wine cost more than a meal. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Wedding was on that night but...
