We stayed in cabin1....rustic type of cabin totally pleased....this campground is truly family oriented....the pool os large and very clean...the owner takes pride in keeping it that way...the grpumds are also clean and well maintained....bathhouse is spotless with showers and laundry machines. Campsite are amongst the tree and shaded some more than others...this places offers a game room, playgrounds, fishing in ponds and a peaceful Creek that runs through the woods , hiking and bicycle trails . most werkends offer bingo/karaoke amongst some of the activities hosted by the owners.kids and adults alike can ride bikes without threat of getting run over by golf carts. Make no mistake this is no concrete parking lot campground...bring bug spray in the warm months...the owners are awesome helpful and take pride in their property...if help is needed they are right there on property and are eager to help. I 100 % recommend this campground to those looking for a place to get away with or without children....it is safe secure and very clean....quite times are enforced ....dont be suprised if you dont get invited to hang out with some of the nicest people you'll ever meet that are parked permanently due to the fact that the love this place so much....pack your stuff and give them a try

this is a true family campground. the large and crystal clear pool as well as the splash pad are a welcome addition to the rustic and wooded environment. this is not a concrete jungle....the interior road are all well maintained gravel roads. things to do include fishing, hiking in the woods , swimming....on most weekends you may go to the swimming pool pavillion for bingo/kareoke...holidays may get a little busy around the campground but quite times a respectfully enforced by the owners, who by the way live on site and are always helpful and a delight to get to know.this campground is a delight to visit as it is a campground... not a concrete parking lot with a pool as is way to common now days....cons...it is a wooded campground... and satellite reception is sketchy...wifi not included.they have cabins that are well equipped and tents are welcome.... there are campers that are parked permanately but are not live ins...these are people that go there frequently and are there so often they leave them there....

Great pool.. quiet atmosphere.. rustic cabin.. wonder nature experience for kids . However.. bigger porch for cabin size would have been nicer. I could list the things I would change but none of those things were game changers for a vacation week with 6 boys ages 8 to 13.

The campground was clean and quiet. But, when we got there, we saw that the park is mostly filler with people who live here permanently in their RVs. They had decks built in front of their campers, storage buildings behind some of them, and most campers had permanent PVC piping for their sewer. It was very obvious that people live there and were not just there for a weekend get away. We felt like we were taking our camper to a trailer park in the woods. The place was quiet and very clean. But given it's trailer park feel, we will not go back.
